Tool box meeting is a 10-15 minute on the job meetings that help to keep employees

For planning a tool box meeting is we have to consider the time of meeting, people who

must attend their specific TBM.

In conducting a tool box meeting we have four steps; prepare the workers, define the
job, procedure and reasonability, and precautions needed- hazard present, safety and
health reminders, and use of PPE.

For tool box meetings we have to remind on what and how to do. Be bone before the
starts of the day’s work shift or start of net activity. Should be presided by the supervisor
or lead man. And workers should be participate actively.
