Hello and thank you for accepting the invitation to this interview. I am (name of the

interviewer), a grade 12 STEM senior high school student of Notre Dame of Dadiangas

University in General Santos City.

Your signing of the consent for this interview signifies your voluntary participation

in this study. If there is a time that you’ll wish to withdraw, you are allowed to do so

without any pressure.

Thank you for allowing this interview. I trust that every information that you share

will give a significant factors of the lived experiences of the grade 11 bridging

participants in the school year 2018-2019.

I wish to hear and understand your experiences throughout your journey for

undergoing two bridging programs in both semestral break and summer classes. To do

this, I need to know the kind of academic preparations you had in your junior high school

curriculum. Then, you share with me the challenges that you faced in the senior high

school curriculum and why did you fail certain subjects. Please be aware that there are no

wrong answers in the questions that I will ask. I only want to understand and

describe the reasons and kind of things you experienced before partaking in the bridging

program.

Rest assure that all of the information that you reveal in this interview will be used in

the study. Lastly, I hope that we would be able to understand the phenomenon that you

go through.
