Module’s Objectives
A. Content Standard: The learner will be able to demonstrate understanding of media and
information literacy (MIL) and MIL related concepts.
B. Performance Standard: The learner will be able to organize a creative and interactive blog for
the community focusing on being a media and information literate individual.
C. Learning Competencies: At the end of this module, you should be able to:
a. Describe how communication is influenced by media and information; and
b. Identify the similarities and differences between and among media literacy, information
literacy, and technology literacy.

Now that you have already read the module’s lecture, let us now try to check
if you have really absorbed its core concepts and ideas. Try to mentally answer the
