为确保您从徐工获得安全可靠的机器，并充分考虑您和他人的安全，这台压路机是按照最新的技术标准和
现行的技术规范和条例制造的。然而，最重要的安全因素还是您自己。
In order to ensure the machine you acquired from XCMG is safe and reliable and for the sake of your personal
safety and safety of others, the roller is manufactured according to the latest technical standards and existing
technical specifications and rules. However, the most important safety factor is you.
这一安全手册用于提醒您在本机器日常的使用中可能遇到的安全性问题，如果在下列情况下使用会危及人
员安全：
The Safety Manual is used for reminding you possible safety issues in daily use of the machine. Use under
following conditions could endanger personal safety:
• 把机器用于非指定用途的场合；
• The machine is used for non-designated occasions;
• 机器由未经过专业培训并取得授权的人员操作；
• The machine is operated by authorized personnel never attended professional training;
• 未经徐工书面授权许可的任何改装和改动；

The operator has the responsibility of understanding and observing these rules. When those introduced in the
manual are different from laws and regulations of the user country, then laws and regulations of the user country
shall prevail.

• 只有年龄至少 18 岁以上经过专业培训并取得授权的人员才可以操作这台机器，必须明确操作本机器的
责任。
• The machine must be operated by authorized operators who shall be at least 18 plus years old and have
attended professional training. Responsibilities related to operation of the machine must be made clear;
• 受酒精、药物、兴奋剂或麻醉品等影响的人员绝对不可以操作、保养和维修本机器；
• The machine can never be operated, maintained and repaired by any personnel under the effect of alcohol,
drug and stimulant or narcotic;
• 保养和维修工作需要专业知识，因此必须由培训合格的人员进行。
• Maintenance and repair must be performed by personnel qualified in training as professional knowledge is
required.

The machine can be used only for:
• 公路基础层、次基础层的压实；
• Compaction of highway base course and secondary base course;

• Compaction of earthwork base course;
• 这台机器只有在所带有的安全装置完整和有效时才可进行操作；
• The machine can be operated when its safety device is complete and valid;
• 每年至少一次由专业服务人员检查机器。
• The machine must be checked by professional service personnel at least once per year.
非指定用途

本机器禁止用于：
The machine cannot be used for:
• 操作人员以不专业的方式操作这台机器或者用于本书中规定的指定用途以外的任务。
• The operator cannot operate the machine in unprofessional manner or use it for any tasks other than purposes
specified in the manual.
• 易燃易爆的环境；
• Inflammable and explosive environment;
• 不准在坚硬的水泥路面、已压实完毕的路面、严重冰冻的路面和其他所有的坚硬路面上振动作业；
• Vibration operation is not allowed on hard cement pavement, compacted pavement, severely frozen pavement
and all other hard pavements;
• 危险建筑物周围。

before operating the roller (Figure 1-1).

1.2.2 Operate in strict accordance with Operation Manual, regulations on

maintenance and repair, and transportation and storage regulation.

1.2.4 压路机在行驶时不允许保养或维修。
1.2.4 Maintenance or repair is not allowed while the roller is running.
1.2.5 只有当压路机停下来时才允许上或下压路机，握住所提供上车扶手和车把。当上下压路机时应保持你
的身体、手和脚与机器的接触。
1.2.5 Getting on or getting off the roller is allowed only when the roller stops by holding handrail and handle on
the roller. While getting on and getting off the roller, you need to keep contact of your body, hands and feet with
the machine.
1.2.6 压路机转弯时，应减速慢行。
1.2.6 Slow down while the roller is turning.

1.2.7 禁止横穿斜坡行驶，可沿坡面方向上下行驶。
1.2.7 Running across the slope is forbidden. Running upward or downward along the slope is allowed.
警告不得在超越机器所规定的最大斜度上行驶。始终用低速上下坡。
Running over a slope beyond the maximum inclination specified for the machine
Warning is not allowed. Getting on and off a slope must be always at slow speed.
1.2.8 在接近路边或凹陷处压实路面时，确保至少 2/3 钢轮行驶在先前已压实的路面上。
1.2.8 While compacting close to roadside or at depression, make sure at least 2/3 steel drum is running over the
pavement already compacted.
1.2.9 确保在行驶方向、路面或前方没有障碍物。
1.2.9 Make sure there is no obstacle in running direction, on the pavement or in the front.
1.2.10 在不平路面上行驶尤其要小心。
1.2.10 Drive with particular care on uneven roads.
1.2.11 使用所提供的安全设备，系好安全带（如配备）。
1.2.11 Use the safety equipment provided and fasten the seat belt (if equipped).
1.2.12 保持压路机的清洁。除去操作平台和台阶上的污物及油液，保持指令和标志的完整、清晰。
1.2.12 Keep the roller clean, remove pollutant and oil on platform and step and keep command and symbol
complete and clear.
1.2.13 加油前的安全措施
1.2.13 Safety measures before refueling
• 关闭发动机；
• Shut down the engine;
• 禁止吸烟；
• No smoking;
• 远离明火；
• Keep away from open flame;
• 将加油管嘴放置于油箱口处以防止火花。
• Place filler pipe at the port of fuel tank for fear of spark.

• 用木楔挡住前后轮；
• Block front and rear wheels with wooden wedges;
• 务必使前、后车架锁紧机构处于锁紧状态。
• Keep front and rear frame locking mechanism under locking status.
1.2.15 如果压路机没有驾驶室，当噪音大于 85 分贝时建议戴上护耳器。
1.2.15 It is recommended to wear ear protectors when noise is higher than 85 db if the roller doesn’t have a cab.
1.2.16 请勿对压路机作任何改装和改动，这将会影响其安全性，任何改装和改动都需要经徐工的书面授权
许可。
1.2.16 Please do not refit and alter the roller as it could affect is safety. Any refitting and alteration require written
authorization of XCMG.
1.2.17 按操作手册启动机器。当启动和驾驶冷的机器时，让发动机怠速运转 8～10 分钟后方可开动机器。
1.2.17 Start the machine as per its Operation Manual. To start and drive a cold engine, make its engine idle for 8-10
minutes before start.
1.2.18 没有专业人员的指导，严禁拖行压路机。
1.2.18 The roller cannot be towed unless under instructions of a professional.

1.3.1.1 Get familiar with all regulations, systems and notices at the workplace
(Figure 1-2).

operating it for the first time.

pavement compacting operation.

1.3.1.5 Avoid accident by common senses. In case of an accident, do not be panic, but take effective measures at
once. The first and most important thing is to protect life safety, followed by avoiding loss of property.

1.3.2.1 机器有没有损坏，如组件松动、断裂，或组件遗失等。如果存在损坏，在修复前不允使用机器（在
机器上放置警告标志，用以防止使用损坏的机器进行工作）。
1.3.2.1 The machine is free from damage such as looseness, rupture or loss of component. In case of any damage,
do not use the machine before repair (place a warning mark on the machine to prevent use of the damaged
machine).
1.3.2.2 挡风玻璃和反光镜应清洁。
1.3.2.2 Windshield and reflective glass must be clean.
1.3.2.3 标志和图案应清洁、完整、清晰可辨。
1.3.2.3 Mark and pattern must be clean, complete, clear and distinguishable.
1.3.2.4 所有手或脚的控制元件、台阶、防滑装置和手柄不能被冰覆盖，也不能被油污或脏物所污染。
1.3.2.4 All hand or foot control elements, steps, anti-slip device and handle cannot be covered by ice or polluted by
oil or impurities.
1.3.2.5 没有工具或其他物件置于机器操作空间上。
1.3.2.5 No tool or other object is placed in operation space of the machine.
1.3.2.6 所需各种液体处于正确液位。必要时应补充。
1.3.2.6 All kinds of necessary liquids are located at correct level and filled if necessary.
1.3.2.7 当需要加油时，参照加油一节。
1.3.2.7 To fill fuel, refer to refueling section.
1.3.2.8 注意在检查油、液位和给机器加油时远离明火，并严禁抽烟！
1.3.2.8 Pay attention to keep away from open flame whiling check oil and liquid level and filling the machine with
oil. Smoking is forbidden!
1.3.2.9 如果您发现了问题或怀疑压路机受到损坏，应该与设备管理人员、机器所有者或现场管理人员及时
联系，以便对故障设备进行及时的修理。
1.3.2.9 If you find any problem or doubt that the roller is damaged, contact equipment manager, machine owner or
site manager to repair the faulty equipment immediately.
1.3.2.10 任何情况下都应该保证通风良好。不要在密封的环境中开动机器，要意识到发动机会冒出危险的
烟。尤其不要在地域狭窄、通风不好的地下工作。
1.3.2.10 It is necessary to keep good ventilation under whatever circumstances and do not start the machine in a
confined environment and be aware that the engine has the possibility of emitting dangerous smoke. Do not work
at narrow and poorly ventilated underground place.

1.3.2.11 如果用于压实路面的材料易导致灰尘，应装备通风设施，在路面洒水或带口罩。
1.3.2.11 It is necessary to install ventilation facility, water the pavement or wear mask if the pavement material is
likely to cause dust.
1.3.3 操作人员的能力

1.3.3.1 操作人员应该接受专业培训，并熟悉机器，包括控制装置、图 1-5

1.3.3.1 The operator shall accept professional training and be familiar with the machine, including its control
devices, marks and symbols (Figure 1-5).

1.3.3.2 The operator shall be aware of capacity and limitation of the roller, including speed limit, lateral inclination
limit, brake and steering limit, etc.

1.3.4.1 Make sure the roller is free from any mark indicating the machine cannot be driven or needs to be repaired.

1.3.4.3 The machine can be operated only from the operation platform.

carry passengers is forbidden.

1.3.4.6 不要在驾驶机器时调节座椅，因为座椅可能会朝着不希望的方向移动。当你调节座椅靠背的时候应
该确保其位置固定。而驾驶机器时操作人员必须坐在座椅上。
1.3.4.6 Do not adjust seat while driving the machine as the seat may move towards undesired direction. Make sure
the seat backrest is fixed while adjusting it. The operator must sit in the seat while driving the machine.

1.3.5.1 Check front and rear and top and bottom of the machine in the working area and confirm there is no person
or obstacle.

cause damage of the machine (Figure 1-7).

1.4.2.1 Confirm all instruments react normally.

1.4.2.2 Confirm all control devices react normally, especially emergency brake.
1.4.2.3 如果发现任何问题，则应当关闭发动机。当离开机器时，必须在机器上放置警告标志。

When low-temperature starting device is used under low temperature weather, operate as per the regulation
provided by its Manufacturer.

• 当发动机开启时不能离开操作位置；
• Do not leave the operation positions after the engine is started;
• 驾驶时应该关闭驾驶室的门窗；
• Close door and window of the cab while driving;
• 小心驾驶压路机；
• Drive the roller carefully;
• 随时注意观察工作路面，尤其是在倒车时；
• Always observe the working pavement, especially during reversing;
• 通过你的视觉、听觉和嗅觉来确保压路机完好无损；

• Make sure the roller is under good conditions by visual sense, auditory sense and smell;
• 应意识到吸入压路机所排废气的潜在危险；
• Be aware of the potential risk for inhalation of exhaust emitted from

the roller;
• 转弯时应减速慢行，尤其是在转急弯时；
• Slow down while turning, especially during sharp turning;
• 发动机处于运行状态时，严禁任何人员进入碰撞危险区（图 1-8）。
• Nobody could enter the collision risk area while the engine is
operating (Figure 1-8).

snow, ice and sludge.

Weight of the roller shall be marked on its nameplate. Operate in accordance with safety regulations of the crane.

service. When it is necessary to start up the engine for repair, make sure forward/reverse control handle is in
the center and apply emergency brake. When starting the engine indoor, connect a dust catcher behind the
exhaust pipe to lead the exhaust outdoor.

• When the roller works under high oil pressure, minor damage or crack of the rubber hose and at the joint
could result in severe consequence. Please note that the hydraulic pipe is made of rubber that might have
crack after used for some time and must be replaced with new rubber hose provided by XCMG if you are
unclear of its endurance degree. Do not store the rubber hoses for a long time as they are corrosive products!

• Please note that the hydraulic system might have pressure even
when the machine stops. It is a must to work under no pressure
status.

• When filling the hydraulic oil, be especially careful to remove the oil tank cover, forbid smoking or use of

• Make sure pressure stop valve is correctly set. Overpressure will result in rupture of rubber hose and

As the battery contains corrosive sulfuric acid, it is a must to wear gloves in repair to prevent your skin, clothes or
machine is touched with sulfuric acid. If the sulfuric acid touches your body, take off all polluted clothes at once
and wash the skin with clean water for at least 15 minutes. If the sulfuric acid splashes into your eyes, wash with
clean water for at least 15 minutes and then resort to medical rescue at once. Scrub with sponge and flannel in the
process of reaching the doctor.

Gases in the battery are explosive that may cause explosion if close to open flame or

Another form of the front wheel is bump wheel (Figure 2-6), also known as PD wheel. Abovementioned front
wheel is also known as smooth wheel. Bump wheel just as its name implies is welded with bumps on the surface of
the smooth wheel, generally 10 rows of 150 bumps. Alternatively, it could be made detachable bump wheel
structure to be used for dual purposes.

The drive axle applies automatic differential function and is equipped with wide base tire to ensure the roller as

The design of axial variable plunger pump (Figure 2-10) and tilting plate is used to realize variable adjustment,
where the variable is adjustable freely from zero to the maximum displacement. Oil supply pump is built internally
to compensate for internal leakage, maintain positive pressure of the main circuit, fill any leakage loss as a result of
external hydraulic valve or auxiliary system and provide pressure oil to the control system.

Axial column constant displacement motor (Figure 2-11) is installed, where output shaft is integrated with

The closed-type hydraulic system composed of variable pump and

constant displacement motor is used for transfer and control of
hydraulic energy together with other elements inside the system. When
speed of gear I is achieved, the variable pump could realize
forward/backward stepless speed change to meet requirements of the
roller under different working conditions.

The drive axle has a brake disc that is compressed by spring and released by
pressure oil. When the roller parks, the brake disc closes due to absence of pressure oil and the rear wheel is unable
to rotate then.
遇到紧急情况时，按下操纵箱上的紧急制动按钮，压力油卸荷，制动盘闭合，后轮立即停止转动。同时，
应立即把驱动手柄置于中位。
In case of an emergency, press emergency brake button on the control box to

unload pressure oil and close the brake disc so that the rear wheels will stop
operation immediately. In the meanwhile, the drive handle shall be set to the
neutral immediately.

The combination switch controlling on and off the light has four positions in total, namely 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4. When
position 0 is selected, the roller working light is not working; when position 1 is selected, only the headlight is
working; when position 2 is selected, both front and rear headlights are working; when position 3 is selected, only
the rear headlight is working. Moreover, the combination switch may still control working of the turn signal light.
When the combination switch is turned up, the left turn signal light lights up and when the combination switch is
turned down, the right turn signal light lights up.

and post-shutdown of the roller, measures to prevent and eliminate dangers in dangerous area and issues to be
taken into account for operation under special conditions.
2.4.1 启动前的准备
启动发动机之前，请确认您已经做好各项准备工作。
Please confirm you have made all preparations before start of the engine.

While the roller is working, keep away from civil buildings. For operations with
high amplitude, the exiting force has large effect over buildings within the scope

Start the engine only after all prior-start preparations are done.
（1）确认换档操纵手柄处于空位，否则发动机无法启动。油门操纵手柄处于低图 2-29
速位置。振幅选择开关需处于中位。紧急制动按钮确保处于制动状态（图 2-29）

(1) Confirm whether shift control handle is at the neutral position, or otherwise the
engine cannot start. The accelerator control handle shall be at low speed position and amplitude selection switch at
the neutral position. The emergency brake button shall be under braking status (Figure 2-29).
（2）打开电源总开关，插入钥匙，顺时针旋转接通整机电源。
(2) Switch on master power switch, insert key and turn clockwise to connect power supply of the complete
machine.
（3）观查各仪表正常，按下启动按钮，启动发动机。
(3) Observe whether all instruments are normal, press start button and then start up the engine.
启动时间不允许超过 15 秒，如果发动机没有立即启动，应等待两分钟后再启动。
The time of start cannot exceed 15s, and wait for two minutes before restart if the engine is not started
immediately.

（4）发动机怠速（700~1000 转/分钟）运转约 3~5 分钟，如果环境温度较低，适当延长怠速运转时间。
(4) Operate the engine at idle speed (700~1000 rmp) for 3~5 minutes. If the ambient temperature is low, properly
extend the time of idling.

该系列压路机理论爬坡能力 30%（α≈16.7°），实际施工时坡道通常≤20%（α≈11.3°），正确操作压路机上、
下坡道对于操作人员是非常重要的。
Theoretical gradeability of the series roller is 30% (α≈16.7°). The ramps in actual construction are generally less
than or equal to 20% (α≈11.3°). Correctly operating the roller to get on and off the ramp is very important to the
operator.

坡道行驶时，只允许按照箭头所示（见图 2-32）方向上、下坡道，严禁压路机沿
坡道横向行驶。
While running on a ramp, get on and off the ramp in the arrow direction only (as

According to the construction process, the roller generally vibrates back and forth.
（1）操作振幅选择开关，下为低振幅、上为高振幅，中间位置停止振动。
(1) Operate the amplitude selection switch, where the lower corresponds to low amplitude, upper high amplitude
and middle stop of vibration.
（2）按下振动按钮，压路机振动。如再次按下，停止振动。
(2) The roller vibrates when the vibration button is pressed and stops when the button is pressed again.
（3）根据施工工艺要求，采用高、低振幅振动作业，土壤密实度达到要求时，振动开关回中位，停止作业
后，再将振幅选择开关回中位。
(3) According to construction process requirements, it is necessary to apply vibration operation with high and low
amplitudes, set the vibration switch back to neutral after compactness of soil meets the requirement and set the
amplitude selection switch back to neutral after stop of operation.
压路机非行驶状态下（原地）不允许振动，否则会损坏机器（振动轴承得不到
润滑）

The roller cannot vibrate under non-running status (in situ), or otherwise the
machine could be damaged (the vibration bearing cannot be lubricated in this
case).

switch counterclockwise, disconnect power supply of the complete machine, shut down the engine, disconnect
battery power supply and then press emergency brake button.

遇到紧急情况时，迅速按下紧急制动按钮（制动指示灯亮）
，压路机实现紧急制动。制动后，及时将行驶操

In case of any emergency, quickly press the emergency brake button (brake indicator light goes up) so that roller
will realize emergency brake. After braking, turn the service control handle back to neutral immediately.
慎用紧急制动！频繁使用紧急制动使制动盘过度磨损，造成压路机制动力不足。

Use the emergency brake with caution! Frequent use of the emergency brake will
cause excessive wear of the brake disc and consequent inadequate braking force
Warning of the roller.
2.4.6 压路机的停放
2.4.6 Parking of roller
（1）压路机工作完毕，采用停车制动将压路机停放在平坦路面上。如果需要停放在坡道上，请用木楔等挡
住前、后轮，防止轮子滚动（图 2-33）

(1) After the roller finishes work, apply parking brake to let the
roller park over a flat ground. To park it on a ramp, block its front
and rear wheels with wooden wedges to prevent rolling of the
wheels (Figure 2-33).

Lifting/lowering operation of rear hood: switch on power supply of the complete machine, turn lifting switch of the
hood, and operate to lift/lower the rear hood. The hood lifting switch is a three-position switch that has self-reset
function. When your hand is released after it is lifted/lowered to a proper position, the hood will stop
lifting/lowering.
（3）当操作人员离开压路机时，请取下电源总开关及钥匙开关，关闭驾驶室门窗，防止未知人员操作机器。
(3) When the operator leaves the roller, please take off master power switch and key switch, close cab door and
window and prevent operation of the machine by any unknown person.

2.4.7 空调（选配）的使用

空调开关控制空调系统的工作状态，可实现制冷和制热功能。空调开关（图 2-34）的左侧旋钮控制风速，
右侧旋钮控制温度，其安装在座椅下的空调蒸发器。空调的使用方法及注意事项请参照《空调操作及保养
手册》。
The air conditioner switch is used for controlling working status of the air conditioning system to realize
refrigeration and heating functions. The left knob of the air conditioner switch (Figure 2-34) controls air speed and
the right knob controls temperature. The air conditioner evaporator is installed under the seat. For operation
methods and notices of air conditioner, please refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual of Air Conditioner.
注意若需实现制冷功能，暖水阀门（见图 2-35）必须关闭；反之，则开启。
To realize refrigeration function, it is a must to close the heater valve (a shown in
Notice Figure 2-35); or otherwise, open it.

柴油箱设计容量为 250 升，正常施工条件下刚好满足一个工作日需要，所以每日工作之前，需要向柴油箱

内添加柴油。添加量可以根据工作量判断，正常情况下加满。
Design capacity of the diesel tank is 250L that just meets the demand for a working day under normal construction
conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to fill diesel oil into the diesel tank before everyday work. The filling volume
is based on working volume, generally fully filled.
（1）旋开加油口盖，通过加油枪添加柴油；
(1) Open oil filler cover and fill diesel oil with oil filler gun;
可以根据加油枪显示数值判断是否加满，也可以根据柴油油位表读数予以确认。

Judge whether the tank is fully filled according to value indicated on the oil filler gun or based on reading of diesel

该系列发动机为涡轮增压型，其涡轮增压器旋转速度相当高，对尘埃的敏感度更高，所以检查、清洗空气
滤清器相当重要。
The series engine is a turbocharged engine that has

relatively high speed and is sensitive to dust.
Therefore, checking and cleaning of its air filter is
critically important.
启动发动机并以额定转速运转，查看仪表箱上的空
滤器报警指示灯。如果指示灯亮，需及时清洗或更
换主滤芯。

主滤芯最多允许清洗５次，尔后必须更换新的。更换主滤芯时，需同时更换安全滤芯。
The main filter element can be washed for 5 times at most and must be replaced later. While replacing the main
filter element, replace also the safety filter element.
3.4.3.2 润滑铰接机构部位（图 3-11）

铰接机构部位有 4 个油杯，必须全部润滑。
The articulated mechanism section has 4 oil cups that must be all lubricated fully.
（1）左右转动方向盘，暴露出油杯；

注意若润滑脂不能进入轴承中，需用千斤顶减少轴承的负荷后加注。

接线柱有腐蚀应及时清除，涂上凡士林，元件被清洗过后，必须等完全干燥后，才可以组装起来。
The roller uses imported maintenance-free battery that doesn’t require any maintenance except checking terminal
connection and immediate charging when short of power. Clean the battery immediately when its power terminal is
corroded and apply Vaseline. When its elements are cleaned, do not assemble until they are totally dry.

压路机交付使用前，已加满表 3-1 所列油液，满足环境温度-10 度~40 度范围内的使用。

scope of -10℃-40℃.

在使用高压清洗器对压路机设备进行清洁作业时，切记不要用高压水柱向燃油箱盖和液压油箱盖处直接喷
射！用塑料袋罩住油箱盖，并用橡皮套密封，以免水进入箱体内。

4.1 运输
4.1 Transportation
短距离运送压路机时，根据道路情况，压路机可自行开去。
For transportation of the roller over a short distance, the roller could run by itself according to road
conditions.
远距离运送压路机时，压路机应用平板拖车运输。
For transportation of the roller over a long distance, it could be transported with platform trailer.
对于小型压路机可以使用起重机直接装卸到运输车上。大型压路机的装卸请参考 4.1.2 内容。压路机上都设

有吊装孔。压路机的重量标记在压路机的铭牌上。应遵照起重机安全章程进行操作。
For the small roller, load onto the transport truck directly and for the large roller, refer to 4.1.2. Every roller is
equipped with a hoisting hole and its weight is marked on the roller nameplate. Please operate according to safety
requirements of the crane.
4.1.1 运输车
4.1.1 Transport truck
运输车必须符合运输工具的条件，如：最大载重，发动机功率，制动能力及其它条件；运输车最好是专门
用于运送压路机。压路机装上运输车后，拉起手刹软轴，另外还要确保压路机上的各部件没有松动。
Its transport truck must conform to conditions for such transport machines, for instance: maximum load, engine
power, braking capacity and other conditions; the transport truck shall be preferably the truck special for
transportation of roller. After the roller is installed onto the transport truck, pull on hand brake flexible shaft and
make sure no part on the roller is loose.
4.1.2 使用坡道装卸压路机

如图 4-1 所示，操作压路机通过坡道驶上运输车。坡道通常 ≤20%

（α≈11.3°）。坡道可以是修筑好的坚实路面，也可以是金属斜面（表面图 4-2

As shown in Figure 4-1, operate the roller to get onto the transport truck through a ramp. Generally, the ramp shall
be less than or equal to 20% (α≈11.3°), which could be either solid road built or metal bevel (surface similar to
washboard).
禁止使用已变质（锈蚀等）金属斜面！（图 4-2）
Use of deteriorated (corroded) metal bevel is forbidden! (Figure 4-2)
危险确保斜面正确安放在运输车与路面之间。
Make sure the bevel is correctly placed between transport truck and road.
Danger
确保斜面上没有油污、雪、冰和污泥。
Make sure the bevel is free from oil contamination, snow, ice and sludge.

4.1.3 运输时压路机的固定
4.1.3 Fixation of roller in transportation
如图 4-3 所示，将链索连接在压路机上，并将绞盘装在
运输车上。应使用合适尺寸的链索和钢丝，不要使用粗
绳。（运输车打地脚），为了避免橡胶减振块过度伸展，
不要勒的太紧。同时，在前、后轮放入木楔，保证压路
机不会滚动或滑移。
As shown in Figure 4-3, connect chain cable to the roller

and install winch onto the transport truck. Use chain cable
and steel wire of proper size and do not use thick string.
(Transport truck is grounded), do not fasten too tight for
fear that rubber cushion block extends excessively. Place
wooden wedges behind front and rear wheels to ensure the
roller will not roll or slide.

4.1.4 起吊压路机
4.1.4 Hoisting of roller
如图 4-5 所示，用吊装工具起吊压路机。
Hoist the roller with hoisting tools as shown in Figure 4-5.
在压路机吊装结束后，起动发动机前必须把铰接架的锁紧装置脱开回到原位。
By the end of roller hoisting, release locking device of the hinged frame to let it
return to the original place before start of the engine.

4.1.5 牵引压路机
4.1.5 Towing of roller
牵引时，压路机必须能被牵引车辆制动。
警告 The roller under towing could be braked by the
towing vehicle.
Warning
对压路机进行下坡牵引作业时，这时的压路机没有制动能力，牵引装置必须要有足够的强度刚性，而且有
反压路机惯性冲击的能力。

For downhill towing of the roller, the towing device must have adequate strength and rigidity and is able to resist
inertia impact of the roller as the roller has no braking ability in this case.
最大牵引速度 3 公里/小时，最大牵引距离 1 公里。

注意
The maximum towing speed is 3km/h and the maximum towing distance is 1km.
Notice
当使用绳索来拖的时候，你也许只能拉上坡；拖机器下坡，只能使用坚硬的拖棒。
危险 While towing with a rope, you can only pull uphill; while towing the machine downhill,
you can use hard tow bar only.

• 压路机工作完毕，应停放在开阔的平地上。
如果不得不停在坡道上，应用石块或木块楔挡住前、后轮（图 4-6），以防意图 4-6

• After the roller finishes its working, park the roller over a open flat ground and when it is necessary to stay on
the ramp, block its front and rear wheels (Figure 4-6) with stone or wooden wedges for fear of accident;
• 在离开压路机前，熄灭发动机，并使压路机处于制动状态；
• Before leaving the roller, shut down the engine and make the roller under braking status;
• 务必使前、后车架锁紧机构处于锁紧状态；
• Make sure locking mechanisms of front and rear frames are under
locking status;
• 关掉电源总开关，所有带锁的部位应锁固，并拔出钥匙慎重保管。
• Switch off the master power switch, lock all parts with a lock, take out
the key and keep it properly.

• 清洗机器上的污物和灰尘，尤其是发动机的发电机、启动马达、喷油器，液压泵和马达以及液压管路
的清洁，并用干燥、柔软的抹布把这些地方擦净；

• Clear impurities and dust on the machine, especially clean engine generator, starting motor, fuel injector,
hydraulic pump and hydraulic pipeline and scrub these places clean with dry and clean cloths;
• 放干发动机水箱散热器里的冷却剂。
• Drain coolant inside engine water tank radiator.
• 用煤油擦洗各部件润滑点并加注润滑油脂。
• Scrub lubrication point of every part with kerosene and fill lubricating grease.
4.2.3 长期贮存

• 通常存放于通风、干燥的库房内；
• Generally stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse;
• 如果设备在露天存放，则应停在易排水的混凝土地面上，盖上帆布并捆扎好（图 4-7）
，存放于安全且
无腐蚀性气体等有害物质的场地。
• To store the equipment outdoor, park on a concrete road with where water drainage is easy, cover with canvas
and bind securely (Figure 4-7). It must be stored at a safe place free from hazardous substances like corrosive
gases.

• 每月起动一次并低速运转半小时，使压路机的各系统得到润滑，同时给各润滑点加润滑脂；
• Start once every month and operate at slow speed to make all systems of the roller get lubricated and fill
lubricating grease to every lubricationpoint;
• 定期检查机器的防护面和防腐物等情况；
• Regularly check protective surface of the machine and conditions of corrosion inhibitor;
• 冬季长时间停放压路机前，务必放出水箱内的冷却液，防止冻裂。
• Before parking of the roller for a long time in winter, be sure to drain coolant inside the water tank for fear of
frost crack.
4.2.4 贮存后的使用

• 除去压路机上的覆盖物；
• Remove covering on the roller;
• 清除涂在各部位的防护物；
• Clear protective substances applied to each part;
• 给电瓶充电，并进行安装、连接；
• Charge the battery and then install and connect it;
• 从发动机曲轴箱、前轮减速机及驱动车桥中排出污浊润滑油；
• Discharge dirty lubricating oil in engine crankcase, front wheel reducer and drive axle;
• 更换前轮振动室内的润滑油；
• Replace lubricating oil inside the vibration chamber of front wheel;
• 从液压油箱和柴油箱中排出污物和水；
• Discharge waste and water inside hydraulic oil tank and diesel tank;
• 各润滑点加注润滑脂；
• Fill every lubricating point with lubricating grease;
• 进行作业前的检查等。
