We, at GIM, believe that the learning never stops. Our
motto is to prepare our students to be responsive and
responsible leaders who would make a difference in the
society. In the year 2018-19, GIM has celebrated its 25
years of success in imparting knowledge to the country's
future corporate leaders. To us, the process is as
important as the results; therefore, we emphasize on
ethical practices in all our projects. Our outdoor learning

GIM is an autonomous body approved by the norms of
AICTE- (All India Council of Technical Education) offers 2
y ears f ull- time resident ial PGDM programmes, i.e.,
PGDM, PGDM-Healthcare Management, PGDM-Big
D at a Analy tics. This year we are laun ch in g P GDM -
Banking, Financial Services & Insurance - a program
designed to meet the career advancement aspiration in
the financial sector.
The first year has compulsory courses in Economics,
Org an izat ional Beh av ior, Mark et in g, Fin an ce, and
Production and Operation Management. There is also a
mandatory course on social responsibility called 'Give
Goa', where students are exposed to work on the various
areas of the unprivileged section of our society. In the
second year, the student is encouraged to specialize in
his or her preferred sector of management.
GIM has consistently focused on diversity, pedagogy,
and curriculum led by innovative programs like Give Goa

stud en ts of Health care Management learn variou s
asp ects of Health care Management when they are
exposed to visits to hospitals and pharmaceutical
operations every week, and that knowledge is honed in
the second year of learning.
Similarly, students of Big Data Analytics have focused
learning and extensive field exposure to Data Science.
GIM is a fully residential campus, where students enjoy
the beautiful campus, excellent infrastructure when it
comes to academic and technology space.
We have well-equipped classrooms with technology in
place; Wi-Fi is 24x7 active across the campus, a live
finance and data lab, sports and gym facilities, prayer
room, breakout areas, and an updated library.
The programme for working executives, PGDM - PT is a
non-residential and carried out over weekends, which is
more convenient for those student managers.
Apart from the classroom, the students learn from peer
interaction, informal chatting with faculty members,
most of whom live on campus, and by managing the
activities in the institute. Students are also encouraged
to take up one of the European languages, which earns
them a diploma from the respective language
organization.
GIM celebrates bonding and connections with it's over
4,000 in f lu en t ial alu mn i locat ed in more t h an 15
countries across the globe. GIM continues the 100%
placements from the past many years. We have our
students placed and interned in all the major places of
India as well as internationally.

The break between the two years has to be utilized in
summer training at an industrial unit in the country or
maybe replaced by participating in one of GIMs overseas

have 60+ full- time faculty highly qualified &
exp erienced , an d 60+ v isit in g facu lt y members are
mostly from the industry sector. These faculty provide
practical experience through various practical classes
and industry interactions.
