PROJECT ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

Depending upon the nature of work, category of work, size and strategy adopted for the
completion of work, appropriate site staffing is very important hence the under listed highlights
our site departmental team for a swift execution of the project and also our Site Organizational
chart as below:
 Project management: The Project management team shall direct the daily activities on the
site.
 Site Engineer: The Site engineer is to support both the project manager and the site
manager. The duty of site engineer is to keep coordination within the staff, subcontractor,
consultant and supplier and ensure all construction activities conforms with the industry
standards.
 Planning department: They plan every work activity as per time given by the client
making by bar chart material schedule, labour schedule, plant and machinery schedule.
Their job is to get the work done with minimum cost and obtain the best results.
 Procurement department: Purchase and inspection of materials and goods coming on site,
instruct respective departments, maintaining material registers, storing and housing all
material on site in proper place as per the site condition and handover material to workers
as per their requirement, keeping their records is the main work of the store department.
 Quality Assurance department: Checking of all material coming on site, testing of all the
material as per requirement and verifying mix design of material going to use for site
execution, inspection and checking of all activities involving work execution regarding
quality norms and condition, testing of work executed like sample testing nondestructive
testing, making of audit report maintaining material testing, mix design, concrete testing
and finally auditing test reports on site is the main work of this department.
 Quantity surveying department: checking of all drawings and specifications regarding
site, estimating and surveying quantity of each work activity separately, calculating
material required and labour required for each work item.
 Safety and health department: This department ensures safe working environment, safety
for all site workers and staff, improving and applying all safety instructions on site is the
main work of this department. Cleaning of site offices, maintains all site awareness,
cleaning of staff accommodations periodically etc.
