    -Report Card from Grade 6
    -Good moral
    -Form 137 for transferee students

    2. Changing of Learning Modalities of Students


    -Explained and discusses the different learning
    modalities to be choose by the students.
    -The students listed their new learning modality for the
    TH
    4 quarter

    3. Schedule of the next distribution for the 4 th quarter using


    SLHTs

    4. Gulayan sa Paaralan and Flowering Plants for Classroom


    Beautification
    - The students of Grade 7 Gumamela must bring at
    least 1 plastic pot, 1 self watering container and soil as their
    requirements for the next quarter. Let the students bring also
    fertilizer for
    pechay and repolyo for the SUGBUSOG Project of the School.
