Position: Studio and Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities: Lillian was brought in as a temporary customer service expert to help brand a new
cycling studio in Scottsdale. Lillian greeted all guests and tour-guided new riders through the Power +
Flow experience. She was also responsible for social media campaigns and merchandise branding. On
a day-to-day basis, Lillian would set up the studio as early as 5:45am, greet and set up riders, clean the
studio, create designs for new merchandise, and create social media advertisements.

Position: Front-Of-House Trainer, Customer Service Expert, Server, and Hostess.
Responsibilities: Lillian was initially hired as a hostess where she excelled at her position and
became the lead host and host trainer within 3 months. She then transitioned to becoming a server,
where she maintained the highest guest rating. She then became a server trainer and eventually a
front-of-house trainer, responsible for the on-boarding and training for new hires. She achieved
employee of the month twice and multiple pay raises. Her decision to leave the restaurant was due to
unexpected family matters causing her to move states.

Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Communication Studies with a
focus in organizational culture. Lillian is also bilingual in German and English.

Skills
Lillian has a wide range of skills from her past job experiences, International Baccalaureate courses,
and courses at Arizona State University. She specializes in intercultural communication skills, a
strong analytical mind, identifying patterns and solutions, as well as, efficiency and top-notch
organizational skills. She approaches every situation with high quality customer service and
excellence.
