Comments/ Recommendations:
1. Introduction - Please state clearly in your last paragraph the purpose of the study and the expected Output. It
should jibe with your SOP.
2. Legal Bases - start with SDG of U.N. followed by Phil Constitution, then R.A. then Education/Dep E.D. memo, etc.
Revise this in your research flow.
3. Related Literature - Exclude studies done before the year 2000.
4. Related Studies - mention the Title of the study done, the author, when and where conducted.
5. Research Flow - write Title of the last box as Output. In your Output, you wrote the recommended development
program, but in your SOP, your Output is the recommended enhancement measure. Please coincide.
6. SOP - among the questions/subproblem stated that you would find out the competencies of the teachers as
perceived by the school heads. How will you obtain such data if you will not include them as respondents?
7. Methodology-* Table 1 (not 2.1) should be entitled Distribution of Teacher Respondents. This should be 100%
since you indicated that you would do a complete enumeration of the teachers. Table 2 - the Title should be the
Distribution of Student Respondents. Put a column of the absolute number of students.
* Instrument - is this a standard tool? Where is this Tulson Public School? Did you ask permission to use their tool?
* For your research made Questionnaire, you should do a pilot testing to 8-10 respondents who are not included in
the study and do a Chron Bach Alpha analysis.
* Conduct of the study - discuss how you should gather the data, including the obtaining of consent and assent forms
in consideration of the COVID 19 situation to ensure that you follow the safety protocol of the pandemic.
8. Statistical Treatment - You should use SPSS. Pls, confer with U.B. Research statistician on how to go about it. Make
a Dummy Table of statistical analysis.

1. Consent Form for teachers- First part should be in the form of a letter. 2nd and 3rd parts are ok.
2. Consent Form for Parent -In the first part, the letter should be addressed to the parent asking his/her permission
to allow his/her child to participate in the study. Translate into the Visayan dialect. 2nd part- Certificate of consent-
...... I allow my child to participate in the study. This should be signed by the parent. 3rd part is ok.
3. Assent form - your letter to the child is ok. However, you should add a statement on anonymity and confidentiality.
2nd and 3rd parts are ok.
