It was reconfigure replace electronic parts by KAMAG technician to make accordance with same
electronic system from last two SPMT acquired 2017

1. SPMT 005 working status

Common problem we deal most of the time was steering and drive potentiometer its either we fix it or
via remote access by KAMAG support technician

2. SPMT 006 working status

Common problem we deal most of the time was steering and drive potentiometer its either we fix it or
via remote access by KAMAG support technician

3. SPMT 007 not working status work on going

Common problem we deal most of the time was steering and drive potentiometer its either we fix it or
via remote access by KAMAG support technician

Reported axle 201 and 204 axle steering not working properly.12/03/19

SPMT driven from layby area to maintenance workshop after recharging CAVOTEC control battery.

9. SPMT-009 Not working at the moment due of Siemens control box failure parts will be supply
and send by KAMAG Germany as per warranty, its in process in sending parts with us. Located
in CCF area)

First major repair when electronic block (SPMT 009) was collapsed and sent a warranty parts for TTC30H
electronic block for drive and steering function. 25/07/18

First minor was replace with emergency switch ( 11/09/18)

SPMT 009 was been checked by Kamag technician and found out that control box under SPMT was
defective and replace require. 19/2/19

Its has a common problem with steering ending us to lift axle of non-operating steering, most of the
time our technician can fixed it or sometime we call KAMAG for remote access calibration and to rectify
problem..

10. SPMT-010 in working status

First problem we arise with electronic box failure with drive and steering taking some materials from
another SPMT 008 to make it working condition. 16/07/18

Today 14/03/19 noon transport coordinator reported something wrong with display reading which is
not synchronize with SPMT while steering in bogies got an angle but in display panel its says zero. Sent
picture of reading with KAMAG but no reply yet. They move floatation tank element with that condition
with utmost care.
