Abstract- Many daily chores, including fundamental and vital communications, are challenging
for those with vision impairment. As a result, they must face a significant risk.In society, there is
a sense of exclusion. This prohibits them from gaining access to a computer. There is a great deal
of knowledge available in the globe. They utilise Braille as a means of
communication.Information is exchanged through a linguistic medium. In today's society,
Learning braille is tough for many visually impaired persons.Braille may be learned at any age
by visually challenged persons. This is a project whichdescribes how to use Arduino to control
solenoid-based valves. Convert English text to braille code with six digits. This code is six digits
long.
It may be used to teach vision impaired individuals braille.

Literature Survey- Blind or visually impaired The key causes behind this are as follows:

Numbers represent a progressive loss of vision as people become older, as well asdue to the high
prevalence of several common eyesight problems, difficulties such as severe or moderate
limitation in distance walking

trachoma, eyesight, cataract, glaucoma, opacities in the cornea, Diabetic retinal disease,
untreated presbyopia, which

Unaddressed refractive difficulties, as well as near vision

This can result in irreversible blindness. According to the Indian census, there are around 21.9
million handicapped or physically challenged persons in the nation. Five million individuals are
among them. Blind, when all other factors are taken into account, blindness comes out on top of
handicapped. Three out of every five impaired children fall into this category.

d) Project built upon knowledge of SIGNALS AND SYSTEMS EEE 1005

e) New technical knowledge acquired would be to use the C++ with arduino based applications
and to use new components like solenoids, arduino and various sensors and transistors
effectively.

f) Project Deliverables- To use Arduino to control solenoid-based valves and

convert English text to braille code with six digits and six solenoids.
