I. Introduction
Rationale
In the midst of the continuous threat of the COVID 19, education must
continue without jeopardizing the learners' and teachers' health, safety, or
well-being. It has had a profound and sudden impact on many areas of life;
work, leisure time and family alike. These changes have also affected
educational processes in formal and informal learning environments.
Public institutions such as childcare settings, schools, universities and
further. We are living amidst what is potentially one of the greatest threats
in our lifetime to global education, a gigantic educational crisis. Despite
the overwhelming consequences of the pandemic, this global crisis has also
been an extraordinary time for learning. We are learning how adaptable
and resilient educational systems, policy makers, teachers, students and
families can be. In this context, the Department of Education mandated
that each school develop an enhanced Learning Continuity Plan in order to
provide relevant learning opportunities for students and to research the
best alternative learning delivery methods for effective learning.
Goal
a. To continuously provide learners with quality modular distance
learning
b. To provide safety precautions and necessary equipment to school
personnel
c. To make needed adjustments in the distribution and collection of
learning materials

II. Implementation Plan
A. School Data
Opportunities Threats
Action Steps
The aftermath of a pandemic provides an invaluable opportunity to reflect on
what we’ve been through, how successful our online teaching and printed modular
method have been, and to set ourselves a new strategy for how we may utilize the
best of both worlds; our physical and virtual classrooms, in order to benefit our
students.
The pandemic has caused schools to consider what is most valued and
undoubtedly the health of their students, families and broader school community
are the priority. In response, schools may find some families decide to keep their
children at home to learn and, with that, an expectation of the continuation of
remote learning programs. This will mean a demand for further flexibility from
educators, but also presents an opportunity for schools to reconsider how they
leverage their most prized resources, their teachers!
Nevertheless, the school year did not end without a struggle, starting with
equipment, to the transportation of needed materials to manpower. This has taught
us to be flexible and transparent, that above all these concerns through the help of
everyone, teachers and the community can be answered given the understanding
and support of all.
Communication Strategies
Transparency of school operation will certainly bring a clear communication
amongst the community for a better school with everyone’s assistance and
cooperation.
B. Readiness of Schools
Report on Teaching & Non-Teaching Personnel Vaccinated
Organization of Classes
The school has seven teachers assigned in each level from Kindergarten to
Grade 6, thus each one of them will hold all the academic subjects for each
respective level.
Learning Resource Tracking Per Grade Level/Subject Area
Each adviser has their own copy/list of inventory of learning resources to
track the distribution and collection of materials through a checklist.
Adherence to Minimum Health Protocol Standards
The school is equipped with hand washing facilities and available comfort
rooms where parents can utilize to cleanse their hands and for personal comfort
upon entering the school premises, further other necessary materials are also
available for use such as the temperature check and alcohol spray.

III. Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
M & E Plan
Monitoring and evaluation are synergistic. A monitoring and evaluation (M&E)
plan is a document that helps to track and assess the results of the interventions
throughout the life of a program. It is a living document that should be referred to
and updated on a regular basis. Thus, the following are the M and E plan of the
school.
