1) On Which website I shall enter the resume

a. https://actspms.in
2) What is Username & Password
a. Username is your 12 digit PRN Number
b. Password is your 12 digit PRN Number
c. You have to immediate change the password which you can remember till you get
placed
3) Is forget password option available
a. No
4) Is it mandatory to enter C-DAC resume , I have my own resume
a. Yes. If you don’t entered than you are not eligible for C-DAC Campus
5) What is the size of the photo & which photo shall I upload on C-DAC resume
a. Your latest passport size photo which you have uploaded on emis.
b. Your Photo should be in formals.
6) Is it mandatory to enter 2 Mobile numbers & 2 email ids
a. Yes One of yours & second if you are having or your close friend who can pass on the
information required urgently. Email id also if you are other email id is locked or unable
to access.
7) Is it mandatory to enter Skype ID
a. Yes create Skype id & do the testing by Skype Calling to your batch mates
8) What marks of ssc or hsc shall I enter
a. As mentioned in the marksheet
b. If it is in credit convert it into % as per the formula given in the marksheet & then
convert it into marks by dividing total marks as per the subject mentioned in the
marksheet.
9) What should be specialization in SSC/HSC
a. SSC = General
b. HSC = Science (if you have done HSC with Subject PCM)
10) How to calculate total & obtained marks if we are having only credits in the form of CGPA/SGPA.
a. If formula is given for converting into % than enter convert into % & convert % into
marks. For e.g. if it is 60% & you are have given 8 subjects so your marks will be 480/800
(considering 100 marks of each subject, you can verify with your college)
11) How many backlogs I have to mention
a. Any subject which you have failed is consider as backlog, even though you attempted
that subject multiple times it is considered as 1 backlog only.
12) How the number of attempt is calculated
a. Diploma or Degree completed in the duration as per the University i.e. 3 or 4 years
respectively is considered Attempt number 1 ( It can’t be 0 attempt)
b. Any degree taking more than 4 years will increase your attempt by 1
13) If my college or University is not mentioned than what shall I enter
a. Enter in Other option & enter college or University as mentioned in the marksheets
 14) What should be my YOP
a. Exam Date is your YOP & not result declared date
15) Grade should be as per university rule mentioned in your provisional or Degree Certificate
16) I have received the grace marks which semester I have to enter it.
a. As per the University rule or in the semester if it is helping you clear that particular
subject or year
17) How to calculate Degree percentage?
a. As per university rule which is mentioned in last year marksheet on same page
18) Degree Percentage & Aggregate is different which one we have to consider.
a. Yes, for some University it will be different both marks will be shared with the company
b. Aggregate will be calculated by software; degree % you have to entered it should not be
single digit.
19) If I am giving particular subject multiple times, then will it consider as multiple backlogs?
a. No , It will be single backlog
20) If I am completing my degree in given time then what will be my number of attempts?
a. 1
21) I am failed in last sem, then again given exam will my number of attempt increases by one.
a. Yes it will increase by 1 & so on
22) How many lines I should enter in Projects
a. 700 words
23) Is Mini Project mandatory
a. No. If you have done & you can explain it , do enter it, It will add some value
24) I have done Graduate & PG which Project shall I entered.
a. Enter Graduate in Mini Project & PG project as project
25) Is it mandatory to enter the Experience
a. Yes if you have valid proof of Employment (Salary slips/Experience letter)
26) Is it mandatory to enter Hobbies & Extra Curricular information?
a. If you have it or done it than enter it, It will reflect your personality but if don’t, than pls
don’t entered.
27) What Languages I have to enter
a. Any Languages which you can Read, Write & speak fluently
b. Foreign Language in which you can Read , Write and Speak fluently
28) Technical Certification
a. Any Certification which is recognized Nationally & Internationally should be entered
29) What should we enter in Other Information?
a. Any Academic certificate or Internship can be entered
30) If you have made any mistake than how can edit it
a. You will be given separate date for editing your resume.
