THROUGH OUT THE TIME, I SPEND IN MY ACADEMIC RESPONSIBIL

ITIES. I FEEL AS IF I HAVE IMPROVED IN MY SOCIAL SKILLS WITH
THE HELP OF MY TEACHERS AND CLASSMATES. IN THE FIRST
PLACE I WAS AFRAID OF GETTING FAILED ON MY SCHOOL WORKS
BECAUSE OF THIS NEW LEARNING IT'S VERY HARD FOR ME TO
ADJUST AND ADOPT THE NEW LEARNING.

I WANTED TO FEEL RELAXED AND PREPARED TO THE CHALLENGES

THAT MIGHT COME. SO NOW, I AM MAKING MY OWN PORTFOLIO TO

Reflection
In activity 1, which is the venn diagram i get
confused of what are the differences of pol
itics, governance, and government. So I do a
pretty research about it and read some articles
and studies about each of them and identify
their similarities and differences individually.
So that I can easily identify what are their
purpose in the society and what are their role
to have a better community. and what is the
importance of it if they are not existing in
the society, what will happen if they will be
removed.
While in activity 2, it represents the importance
of stufying politics, government and, gover
nance. Basically, knowledge about politics,
what will happened to our country if each
individual doesn't know about governance, it
can abused their rights as a human being, and
a countrymen what is the best way to choose
our leaders and give the best government in
our country, so it's very helpful to all of us if
we have a knowledge in the politics, and to
know our rights as a filipino citizen.

We are required to join the vlog contest a Gender

Sensitive lesson or Vlog by section. Since it's a
performance task and composed of some of our
subjects, I volunteered to speak my opinion about
the topic, also to help as my participation to
HUMSS 4, I made our own logo to add it on our
vlog and the editors will take incharge of it.
Surprisingly, We got the 1st place on our
elimination and Division. We receive plus points
and also thankful from our coaches to share their
suggestions and help us to improve the content.

The video vlog was composed of 2 host, and

they're asking a question an interview type vlog
and some of us will answer it and share their
opinions about it. and to the last part it contains
our salute to all woman that stands for our rights.

REFLECTION

In first grading, Sir Cris focused on our Business

Plan, he checks our small starting business plan and
guide us on how to make it.

At first its very hard for us to make the plan be

cause of the expenses and other financial expenses
qll of them should contain in financial plan. and
other computation that needs to be completed.

My Business Plan was a Café, It's Café Republiqué. A

small coffee shop that serves a breakfast, snack or
lunch. Since we are starting business i just offered
my customers a different flavors of coffee. And in
this time of pandemic, I used social media as my
flatform for advertisement. I made a page so that
buyers can easily contact us to avail orders and for
delivery.

It was all fun and I learned how to be a small

business woman in managing my own business
starting from the plan and all. I can say that patient
is the key to success, to earn money you need to
work hard and save it for the better.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

In this activity we conduct the implementation

of our business plan, since it's a starting
business we buy the things that we needed to
make our products and other materials that we
meed to start our small business.

Sir Cris gave us 3 days to implement the

business and that will be documented in what
happened to the 3 days, In day 1 me and my
group mates buy the ingredients for our iced
coffee and other materials thay we need.

In day 2 we prepare the products, we made the

different flavors of iced coffee amd stock it to
the refrigerator so thay it will chilled.

Day 3 this day was our selling, The orders of

our customers online will pick up or delivered
to them with delivery charge. Since it's our first
time in business we have promo so thay many
customers encourage to buy our products.

This was my performance task, one of

my weekly task because in art month
my teacher assign all of us an task that
we need to do, every week to express
our talent and kills in sining. I choose
photography as one of my skill. I dont
find it hard because that's one of my
favorite, take a picture of every place
that I love, or something I find aesthetic.
Since it's pandemic, I choose plants as
my subject for photography because
it's dangerous to go outside just to find
a nice view or subject. Plants is good,
it's pretty aethetic too, green vibes. I
learn so many ideas in this subject. This
subject was my highest grade all of my
subjects in 1st sem, I got 98.
