WHAT’S IN
1. I would gather information such as his/her achievements and qualifications as a speaker. I would research
details about their accomplishments that would qualify their as a speaker of the activity.
2. The research helped me write the speech for my introduction to the guest speaker because it is a form of
respect and recognition to the speaker themselves as well as give a glimpse of their achievements and
accomplishments that make them qualified to give a speech to the audience about the topic of the event.
3. I can relate this activity to the background of the study. Since in the situation, I am doing research on a person in
order to get to know their accomplishments much like what we do when we conduct research studies. Initially,
we provide a background of our chosen topic in order to get the readers a bit of information about your study in
order for them to understand your perspective better.

WHAT I CAN DO
1. The reasons of the research problem all relate to the effects of social media to the interpersonal relationships of
senior high school students of Don Gregorio Osmena Memorial High School since many students rely on online
sites to interact with their friends and other people regardless of whether they know them or not. The research
also wants to recognize the reasons as to why students opt to use social media as a medium to interact with
friends and family.
2. The setting of the research problem is the grade11 and 12 HUMMS students of Don Gregorio Osmeña Memorial
High School and their social media ties and connections.
3. The basic literature of the study involves how younger people make use of social media sites in their
interpersonal relationships between people. It also mentions the dangers that this type of interactions can pose
especially when youngsters take risks with interacting with strangers or people they barely know.
4. The research problem is crucial and of high value since it gives emphasis on the effects of forming interpersonal
relationships through online platforms whether it is positive or negative effects. It proves that as much as there
are advantages you can take from this form of interaction, there is an equal, if not higher, amount of
disadvantages and risks.

WHAT I CAN DO
Activity

1. The theory that is used as support of the study is the theory of career choice.
2. The theory of career choice was proposed by John Holland.
3. The theory of career choice states that in order to make an informed career decision; many factors have to be
taken into account such as the individual’s unique characteristics, values, interests, skills and personality.
4. The theory relates to the presented study because it backs up the notion that junior high school students should
be able to have the freedom to choose their own careers without parental intervention. It acknowledges the
factors that should be taken into consideration when making an informed career decision.

Pamilyang Pilipino” being administered by the government through the DSWD towards the greater aim of poverty
alleviation. Specifically, this study seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What is the demographic profile and awareness level of the respondents’ family beneficiaries?
2. What are the effects of the Conditional Cash Transfer socio-economic program on employment, cash support,
entrepreneurial activities, livelihood training and development of skills to the family beneficiaries’ standard of
living?
3. What are the respondents’ perceptions on CCT 4P’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program human capital
investment on community mothers in terms of human capital accumulation, women empowerment, and
livelihood and leadership skills?
4. What are the effects of CCT 4P’s human capital investment on child beneficiaries in terms of their education,
health and nutrition?

WHAT I CAN DO

School (CIS). Specifically, this study seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What is the demographic profile of the teachers of Cebu integrated School in terms of:
1.1 Age
1.2 Civil Status?
2. What is the quality of work life among the teachers of Cebu Integrated School in terms of:
