I. SCIENTIFIC CHARACTERISTICS

Biology is the chosen subject in the group of natural sciences at the career-oriented education stage.

Biology forms the formation and development of biological ability students, while contributing to the same subjects and activities
Other education forms and develops students with key qualities and common competencies.

Biology program has systematized, strengthened knowledge, developed skills and core values of biology
learn at the basic education stage; while helping students learn more about core biological knowledge and methods
biological research and application, biotechnology principles and processes through topics: cell biology; born
molecular learning; biological microbiology; plant physiology; animal physiology; genetics; evolution and ecology.

The object of study of biology is the biological world close to the daily life of students. Biological itself is
experimental science. The development of biology is increasingly shortening the gap between basic theoretical knowledge and
application technology. So experiment is a biological research method, and also a special teaching method
display of this subject. Through organizing experimental activities, practice, Biology helps students discover
the natural world, developing the ability to apply knowledge into practice and the ability to orient careers after education
Common.

II. CONSTRUCTION VIEWPOINTS

The Biology program complies with the regulations set out in the Master Program, at the same time, comes from solid
subject points, emphasizing the following points:

1. Access to international trends

Besides acquiring, inheriting success, the advantages of Vietnam's current Biology program, Chuong
Biology is also built on the basis of deeply studying this subject program of some countries and regions
earth and international organizations (England, Australia, Federal Republic of Germany, South Korea, some states of the United States, the Russian Feder
Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, International Biological Olympic Organization, UNESCO, ...). Results of that study
allow to draw general trends in the development of a universal Biology program that can be applied to Vietnam:

Page 4

3/19/2019 BIOLOGY
a) At the middle school level, biological knowledge is part of the Natural Science subject. At high school level, subject
Biology is separated into a separate subject with intensive teaching goals that prepare students to continue their studies
climb up the industry directly related to biology.

b) The content of biological education at the middle and high school level is built in the direction of concentricity
allowing students to expand and learn more about the content, research methods and principles of technology application
Biology in Biology at high school level.

c) The Biology program shows the principle of integration through the connection of core teaching content around
The basic principle of natural science, of the living world.

2. Implement career-oriented education

The content of Biology is built as a basis for technological processes associated with the fields of business, so
in the requirements of each topic, students always ask to contact the relevant professions.

The content of Biology just reflects the basic attributes of the organization living at the molecular, cellular, body, pants levels.
body, community - ecosystem, biosphere; has introduced the principles of biological application technology to guide learning
Birth options in the context of biotechnology development and the fourth industrial revolution.

In order to implement the above orientation, the Biology Program is designed according to generalized and reserved topics
a lot of time to organize teaching activities to help students discover science and develop cognitive abilities, among them
pay attention to organizing experience, practice, application and learn about related industries.

3. Implementation of sustainable development education

The Biology program focuses on helping students develop adaptability in a changing world
cease; ability to live in harmony with nature and protect the environment for sustainable development. .

The Biology program is interested in content that is close to everyday life, enabling students
enhance the application of scientific knowledge into practice, from practical awareness of environmental issues and development
sustainable, build a sense of environmental protection, train adaptability in a constantly changing world.

Page 5

III. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Biology forms the formation and development of students with biological ability; at the same time contribute to the same subjects and activities
other education forms and develops in students the main qualities and common abilities, especially the nature of love,
the pride of nature of the homeland and the country; attitude to respect the laws of nature, respect, preserve and
protecting nature, dealing with nature in accordance with sustainable development requirements; train students worldview
science, honesty, sense of responsibility, labor love, self-control and self-learning abilities, communication and cooperation, award
problem solving and creativity.
