Start Pump 305 A/B after priming

V. Re-start H304
b. lf it is due to very low discharge pressure then,
i. Mos Pl 1401
ii" lf UV 1201 close then normalize
iii. Start Pump 305 A/B after priming
iv. Re-start H304

6. Changeover of P305
a. lf plan to change over from P-305A to P-305B then take P-3058 at local mode
b. Start priming P-3058
c, MOS Pl 1401 (Pump discharge pressure)
d. Start manuallY P-3058
e. Check the dlscharge Pressure
f. When discharge pressure is ok stop P-305A then take P-3058 at remote mode
*/
7. H304 trip
Cause: Flame failure, P-305 trip, Low level of C301 (Ll 1201)
and level of D-
Consequence: Top pressure of C-301 reduces, RVP of Octane will be very high,
306 will decrease.
a. lf it is due to flame failure then,
i. Check the alarm and if it is due to flame failure then,
ii. Check fuelgas pressure, instrument air pressure
iii. KeeP VFD 30% oPen
iv. KeeP TIC !423 2-3% oPen
v. Reset and start the heater.
b. lf it is due to P-305 trip then follow steps of P-305 trip'

8. K302 Trip
Causes: A 301- Trip, Discharge temperature high or Crankcase Vibration High
or Motor Vibration
pressure, Very
High, K.O drum (D302) level high, Very low suction pressure, Very high discharge
in close
low lube oil pressure, UV 0701 in close position, UV 702 in close position, UV 0703
position, K-301TriP, CRU feed cut'
Consequence: Fuel gas cut, LPG willtake place in place of Hz rich gas (lf K-301 and H-301,H-
302,H-303 in running condition)
Step to be tal<en:
a. Line up H2 storage tank and Start H2 generatorto back up NHT reaction section'
b. lf it is due to high level of K'O Drum (D302) then
l. Drain D 302
ll. MOS 110702
lll. Start K302
