Module 2: Gas Processing System

Gas lift compressor package A/B:

compressed gas from suction pressure
of 7.0 barg to final discharge pressure of
102.4 barg
Gas dehydration package: The gas
dehydration system removes water
content from the gas streams exiting the
first stage of compressor
Dew point control package: The gas dew
point control system is required to
condition the dew point temperature at
specification of 15°C at 69.0 barg. This
is to avoid water formation in the
pipeline which may affect the overall
process. This package requires propane
as a cooling medium on the inlet gas
and regeneration gas to at least 3.5°C.
Module 3: Flare System

The flare system is used as a safe

means of disposal of unwanted or
unusable hydrocarbon gaseous and
liquids. It is also used as a safety
relief system, where unexpected
pressure build up, which may
associated with plant malfunction,
can be removed quickly by sending
gaseous inventory to flare. Gaseous
are disposed of by burning at the
flare tip.
