Loading-Working Instruction
1. Packing & Accuracy Process
Packing Team will pack the garment inside the carton according Style, P.O Number, Color and Size as
per breakdown on order sheet / packing list. After packed the carton as per requirement the packing
guy will write the Size, Color, P.O number on the carton and he will chop this number on top of
sticker pasting area.

2. Packing Accuracy
Packing Accuracy Auditor will audit all packed carton and will follow below points:
 Total number of Packed carton per P.O ,Size , Color and number of garment inside the carton
reflect the same on the packing list
 Packing Accuracy Auditor need to count all garment inside the carton and make sure the
quantity mention on the carton the same quantity is inside the carton.
 Packing Accuracy Auditor need to confirm the Hang Tag, the Size of the garment, the P.O Label,
the Sizer on the hanger and need to make sure all packing accessories are as per requirement.
 After confirming the carton the Accuracy Auditor with Chop his number on the sticker pasting
area.
 Packing accuracy boys need to keep all their daily record of cartons checked which are verified
by packing supervisor / packing manager and reviewed by Amma QA.

3. Random Audit
Random Audit will be conducted by AMMA Packing Accuracy Auditor based of 10 % packed carton
on daily basis , if ever any discrepancy encountered all packed carton need to be re-check by packing
& accuracy team. Disciplinary action will be taken with whoever pack the carton and as well
whoever did the 100 % accuracy check.

4. Completion of Order
After completion of order Packing in Charge will finalize the packing list and will submit PPC to print
the ASN Sticker. After print out the carton Sticker PPC and Packing Supervisor will cross check the
ASN Sticker with finalize Packing list. Before dispatching the ASN Sticker PPC will make the entry on
sticker delivery log book which need to be sign by Packing Supervisor to make sure the correct ASN
Sticker have been deliver to packing dept.
 5. Carton Arrangement
The Packing Guy will arrange the carton according to Finalize Packing List, P.O Number, Color and
Size together with Accuracy Auditor they will paste the ASN Sticker on the carton according to the
Size, Color and P.O number. The Accuracy Auditor will double confirm the ASN Sticker and the
garment color and size inside the carton. After confirmation the Accuracy Auditor will chop the pass
accuracy stamp half on the ASN Sticker and half on the carton.

6. Final Inspection Process

Amma QA will confirm the total number of cartons per Style, P.O, Color, and Size with finalized
packing list and will make sure all ASN stickers have been pasted on all the cartons and all the
carton with passed accuracy stamp half on the carton and half on the ASN Sticker before selecting
the carton for final inspection. After confirm the total number of cartons with ASN Sticker reflect as
per packing list Amma QA and Packing in Charge will counter sign on the packing list as proof that
all carton have been counted and verified.

7. Photo for Carton

AMMA QA will take the photo of carton arrangement showing the ASN Sticker on every particular
P.O. and the photo of the ASN Sticker with the Passed Accuracy Stamp 1 carton per P.O when
making the Final Inspection Report.

8. Carton Selections
AMMA QA will follow the Sampling Plan S-3 for carton audit. If ever any discrepancy encounter
during final inspection, packing in charge need to take immediate corrective action to re-check all
packed carton prior submitting re-final inspection.

9. Final Inspection
After completion of final inspection all inspected carton will be re-packed as per packing list, P.O ,
Color and Size, packing accuracy team will confirm all re-packed carton after confirmation packing
accuracy auditor will stamp Inspected Carton packing Accuracy Verified with red wording on the
carton flap which will identify that cartons have been verified again after re-packing .
