Employee Management System:
An employee management system is a platform where all work-related as well as
important personal details of an employee is stored and managed in a secure
way. By using this system, you can manage admin activities in an easier and
quicker way.

Employees are the pillar of any organization and an ideal employee management
tool makes a big difference to an organization.

Employee management focuses on the employee to ensure they are performing

their best in order to achieve bigger organizational goals. In doing so, teams can
capitalize on employee strengths and needs to maximize on a functional and
efficient workplace.

compamy/office/store.

v. To develop an well-designed database to store employee information.

Project Description:
Employee Management system is an application that enables users to create and
store Employee Records. The application also provides facilities of a payroll
system which enables user to generate Pay slips too. This application is helpful to
department of the organization which maintains data of employees related to an
organization . In this world of growing technologies everything has been
computerized. With large number of work opportunities the Human workforce
has increased. Thus there is a need of a system which can handle the data of such
a large number of Employees in an organization. This project simplifies the task of
maintain records because of its user friendly nature.

Conclusion:
In this report, an information system’s development has been presented. This
project is used for computerizing employee management work in offices, schools,
etc. The software keeps record of employee’s attendance, provident fund,
gratuity and salary and generates the slip of salary too. The software is capable of
easy storage of information related to employee through database.
