TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT AT

THE LEADING SOLUTIONS

Abstract:

Training refers to systematic learning of skills which is for a short duration


whereas development refers to the process of growth which is a long-term
process.

The Company where I interned was The Leading Solutions which, is the one-
stop arrangement supplier for all the monetary requirements & dealt with
services like financial consultancies.

The major problem which I faced during my internship was a lack of


communication & responsiveness from the employers, also there was a lack of
proper formal communication between the channels & no distance learning
facility when we’re allotted work from home for a month due to the Covid
Pandemic. So, I will be designing Training & Development program on
distance learning, a training on communication using various channels & to
enhance the employer’s responsiveness & communication towards customer
needs so that the interns who will be interning in the same company won’t face
the same issue.
