INTELLECTUAL WELLNESS
Potential Barriers for Achieving
First, I must assess my strengths and weakness. Then, I will build habits that will
allow me to do all my workloads before deadlines. I need to reinvent myself by
taking risks and going beyond. I shall do my best to stay focus and motivated while
enjoying the profession I am taking.
PHYSICAL WELLNESS
Potential Barriers for Achieving
To begin with, I must read journals or articles on best practices and watch vlogs on how to succeed in
adopting healthy habits. Then, I need to keep track of my physical activities and observe what is the
perfect time to exercise. Moreover, I should eventually determine what causes the relapse and be aware of
it. I must keep in mind that in order to keep my brain active, I must keep my body health.

SOCIAL WELLNESS
Potential Barriers for Achieving
It is essential for me to make a list of all my positive qualities and determine the things I need to work
on in my personality first. Second, if possible, I must cut ties with people who do not respect me and
those who are not good influences. Also, I must do my best to give the support my friends and block mates
need. Moreover, I must join school organizations that will allow me to develop my social skills and at the
same time give an opportunity to form new relationships
EMOTIONAL WELLNESS
Potential Barriers for Achieving
I must constantly remind myself of my bigger goals in life and the sole reasons why I am studying hard. I should not
be too hard on myself and allow myself to make mistakes and learn from them. Additionally, I have to set boundaries
so that I can preserve my self-esteem and be emotionally stable. I need to make a list of the benefits and drawbacks
of the beneficial habit as a reference. Moreover, I must write a SMART objective and focus on altering the behavior
rather than the outcome. Finally, I should learn to take deep breaths and rest when I am stressed and overwhelmed.
