Media Production students are all at a different knowledge levels when it comes to technology;
that is okay. The expectation is that students improve and challenge themselves to use new
technologies and think creatively.

Media Productions is a project-based class. Students have a lot of freedom and special privileges
to complete their tasks. Trust is essential.

Deadlines are also very important in this class as we have to air a new show every week. You
will have 1-2 weeks to finish a segment. After this time, it becomes late and you will begin to
lose credit. Some students get stressed out because of the strict deadlines. I promise you, IF
you are working hard, you will be done in time😉
Most of the work for this class will be done IN CLASS. However, captuing some school events
might require you to attend a game or activtiy outside of class time. Or, you may need to get an
interview before or after school. Be prepared to put in some extra work.
