Report of celebrations, observations and other activities in the month of August

2021
INDEPENDENCE DAY

On the 15th August flag hoisting ceremony was performed in the presence of VKV Lriomoba
staff’s along with students. On this occasion 15 students reported to the school.
Sri Sachin Kumar Dubey narrated about the day
and appealed to everyone to remember our
bygone patriots who laid down their lives for the
freedom of our mother land. A song “Bharat
Payra Desh Hamara” has been sung by students
with this shankalpa that we should contribute something for the
development of our country. The programme was concluded at 8.30am.

RAKSHABANDHAN
On the 22nd Aug Rakshabandhan was celebrated in prayer hall. This day
near about 15 students and outsiders participated in the programme.
Threading ceremony has been started at 8.00 O’clock. Su. Tara Pradhan
offered one Rakhi to Swamiji, and present children
tied Rakhi to each other. Significance of the day was
explained by Sri Sachin Kumar Dubey he also
exclaimed about the pious relation between brothers and sisters and
appealed to everyone to preserve the culture and tradition. Through this we
can linked with the society and nation. After the programme a light
refreshment was offered. The programme was concluded at 10.00am.

KRISHNA JANMASTHAMI
On the 30th Aug Krishna Janmasthami was celebrated in temple. This
day near about 20 students and outsiders participated in the
programme. Su. Tara Pradhan decorated Radha-Krishna. The Puja was
started at 9.30am. Bhajans were sung by teachers and student. Sri
Sachin Kumar Dubey had explained the significance of the day.
Prasad distribution was done at the end.
Staff Meeting
A staff meeting was conducted in the month of August on following points:

1. Worksheet formation
Worksheet was prepared and sent to the children to keep them touch with their books and
inculcate their reading habit. Due to the poor net connectivity of the net point, few worksheets
dropped at Yomcha and Bole. Following teachers are assigned the responsibilities to perform:

 Sri Sachin KumarDubey. English ( III, IV, V) Hindi (IV, V) 3WS for each classes.
 Sri. KshirudBorgohain. EVS (III, I,) Math ( I, II )3WS for each classes.
 Sri. RupakPaul. EVS ( V, IV, II) 3WS for each classes.

 Su. Tara Pradhan. English ( I, II ) Hindi (I, II, III ) 3WS for each classes.

2. Fee Collections
To fulfill the admission process conveyed the message to the parents. Few students were list out
and communicated to their parents for the admission immediately.

3. Covid 19 protocols & cleanliness of school campus

All the staff s were instructed to follow the Covid –19 SOPs while the parents visiting time and in
any movement from the school campus.

Swadhyaya
Swadhayaya for teachers is being conducted every Saturday on this month for about one
hour. The book was selected “The Heart Beat of Hindu Nation”. The discussion was being
held on Retrospect and Prospect.
