b. Structural Welding: All the 3-Plated sections (Built-Up) will be fitted up & welded continuous along both/one
side as per design with Sub-Arc automatic welding. Stitch weld is done along the opposite side of continuous
weld by Metal flux cored MIG weld. All the welding confirms to AWS D1.1 standard.

Welding Tests: Ultrasonic weld test shall be done for 15% of the total welding for the plates more than 8.0
mm thickness.

c. Standard Colors for Steel Building:

i. Main Structural Frame (columns, rafters & Bracing): One coat of standard QD Red Oxide Primer of 40
microns DFT + One coat of Synthetic Enamel finish paint of 40 microns DFT. (Enamel finish paint color
will be AD Grey)

II. Cold Rolled sections (Purlins, Jambs & Headers): Galvanized with 120 GSM minimum Zinc coating.

III. Roof Sheets: 0.47 mm thick, Al-ZN 150 GSM, Bare Galvalume.

IV. Cladding (side) sheets: 0.5 mm thick, AZ 150 GSM, PPGL Optional Colors: Off-white (RAL 9002), Sky
Blue (RAL 5012), Royal Blue (RAL 5005), Beige (RAL 1001) & Brick Red.

V. Flashings/Borders (water gutters, down-spouts, barges,corner & drip trims): Off-White (RAL 9002)

Note: The above-mentioned colors for Structural frame & Flashings are standard. Roof & side sheets colors
to be confirmed in the Purchase order. Any other color for side sheets if required will be provided only if the
side sheeting area is more than 5000 Sq. m & availability.

Part C: Drawings Release Schedule& Project Schedule

HalleysBlue shall release the building drawings in following pattern:

i. Anchor Bolt plan, Base Plate & Reaction Schematics shall be released in 5 to 7 daysfrom the date
of receipt of purchase order/contract & financial clearance/advance. Customer/customer’s consultant to
approve the anchor bolt drawings & release approved drawings prior to initiation of complete building
design & detailing.

ii. Approval Construction drawings shall be released for approval in 8 to 10 days from the date ofapproval of
Anchor Bolt plan. Production/fabrication will be taken up in 8 to 10 days or as per the discussed schedule
from the date of approval of construction drawings from the customer/customer’s consultant.

Note: Any changes to be made, the same should be brought to our notice in written form before approving
construction drawings. No changes (proposed by customer) shall be made after the post start of fabrication.

a. Delivery Schedule:

Anchor Bolts: In 4 weeks from the date of receipt of approved erection drawings.
Primary & Secondary: Shall be supplied in 4 to 5 weeks from the drawing approval & finance clearance.
Sheets & Flashings: In 3 to 4 weeks

b. Erection Schedule

Anchor Bolts Fixing: Anchor Bolts shall be installed/fixed by us once customer completes civil works to the
stage wherein anchor bolts can be installed. Bolt fixing shall take 5 to 6 days to complete fixing & welding.

Structure Erection: Building main Structure erection completes in 5 to 6 weeks from the date of clearance issued
by customer to start erection post concreting and curing period of minimum 10 Days.

Sheeting completion 4 to 5 weeks & Finishing will complete in 6 to 8 days.

Note: Rainy & bad weather days to be exempted.

Customer Scope of Supply:

i. Drinking water and shelter for staying for manpower.

ii. Backup generators to be arranged if in case of power cut for more than 2 hours per day.
iii. Grouting between the Steel column base plate & concrete column to be done by customerimmediately after
completion of main frame erection & before start of sheeting process.
iv. Security at customer scope for the material once dispatched to site & material has to covered with tarpaulin.
v. Customer has to complete columns & plinth beam concreting before start of erection.
vi. Customer has to fill the plinth area with gravel & to be leveled & access ramp to be provided for crane
movement before start of erection process.
vii. Customer has to give 4 m clear area all around the building before start of sheeting process.
viii. Sufficient leveled space to be given to unload.
ix. Rolling Shutter is in client scope.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Note: HalleysBlue is herewith understood as “SELLER” & the customer to who this offer is addressed is understood as “BUYER”

1. QUOTATION VALIDITY: This proposal is valid for (15) days from the date of this proposal. Any extension of validity must be received in
writing from HalleysBlue the SELLER.

2. APPLICABLE TAXES: GST Tax components mentioned in this offer is as per current Tax Structure in India. If any increase in any Tax
component if decided by Government, the same shall be borne by the “Buyer”

3. SPECIFICATION CHANGES: SELLER reserve the right to modify the design of his standard buildings and to substitute material equal to
or superior to that originally specified (in order to permit incorporation of changes and improvements, in the continued development of the
Seller’s product).

4. CANCELLATION: Agreement and orders CANNOT be cancelled or modified by BUYER under any circumstances without BUYER first
reaching an agreement in writing with SELLER covering all damages. If cancellation or Modification is agreed to by SELLER, BUYER
agrees to promptly pay all reasonable engineering and other expenses incurred by SELLER in connection with this Agreement and in any
case not less than 5% of the Agreement price in case of cancellation

5. RELEASE FOR PRODUCTION: That portion of this order that is not released for production within 45days from the date of Contract
/Purchase Order will be subject to a price increase in accordance with the new current prices posted at the end of the above noted time
period.

6. SHIPMENT: That portion of this order that is not shipped within 90 days from date of Contract / Purchase Order will be subject to a price
increase in accordance with new current prices posted at the end of the above noted time period unless a longer delivery period is
mutually agreed by SELLER and BUYER

7. VARIATION ORDERS: Any change and / or revision to the above stated scope of supply MAY lead to a variation in the price and the
delivery period.

8. FORCE MAJEURE: SELLER shall not be liable for any loss or damage to BUYER for delay in delivery or cancellation of any Purchaser's
Orders by SELLER due to circumstances beyond SELLER's control, such as, but not limited to, war, riots, civil commotion, revolution,
government regulations, orders, or acts of any government authority directly or indirectly interfering with or rendering more burdensome
the production or delivery of the products, floods, fires, delays due to transporter’s strike and any other circumstance or event beyond
SELLER's control.

9. PERMITS: SELLER shall not be responsible or liable for the obtaining of permits to erect or install any product.

10. INSPECTION OF PRODUCT: BUYER agrees to inspect upon arrival of all articles shipped. Claims for shortages or defective material, if
not packaged, must be made in writing to HalleysBlue’s Sales Office within five days after receipt of the shipment, and if packaged within
30 days after receipt of shipment HalleysBlue shall have a reasonable time to investigate all claims made by BUYER. Any claims for
shortages or defects made after the above periods shall be refused and finally dismissed.

11. EXCLUSIONS: SELLER supply does not include any material or labor in connection with foundations, concrete, setting, grouting under
columns or in recess around bottom of wall sheets, electrical installations, plumbing, finished painting, heating, masonry, interior finishing,
partitions, glass and glazing or any item not shown in HalleysBlue Approval Drawings, unless specifically mentioned in this Agreement

12. WARRANTY: HalleysBlue’s products are warranted against failure due to defective material or workmanship for a period of one year
after shipment

13. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT: It is further understood that this Agreement is the only Agreement express or implied, either verbal or in
writing, in connection with this sale.

14. GOVERNING LAWS: This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and under the laws of the Government of
India. Both parties agree that in case of any difference or dispute arising between the SELLERS and the BUYER will be resolved by
mutual discussions and agreement. However, unresolved issues, if any, will be settled by arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, and the venue of the arbitration will be Bellary, Karnataka.

15. OWNERSHIP OF EXCESS MATERIAL AT SITE: All material supplied to site in excess of building requirements shall be the property of
HalleysBlue and HalleysBlue reserves the right to ship the same back to its works
