MEZZANINES
Our standard mezzanine supply includes Support columns, Primary beams Secondary Joists and shear
connector that support a 150 mm reinforced concrete slab (Slab by others). Mezzanine steel deck if any is
intended to carry the weight of the slab during construction only. It is not designed to carry the floor
loads. The concrete slabs of the mezzanines must be designed by a structural engineer. They must contain
steel reinforcement to support all the loads on the mezzanines. The deck panels, if supplied by TOAE, are

SECTION 4: SURFACE PREPARATION & PAINT APPLICATION
PRIMARY MEMBERS
All primary members (Column, Rafter, Beam and Joist) will be cub brushed/wire brushed and painted
with one coat of red oxide primer.
SECONDARY MEMBERS
All secondary members (Purlin, Girt & Eave strut) shall be cold formed from Galvanized steel coils.
SECTION 5: STANDARD SUPPLY ITEM
The following are normally supplied unless mentioned otherwise:
o Anchor bolts for rigid frames, end wall posts & framed wall openings.
o Eave gutters & downspouts including inlet & outlet on sidewalls or curved eaves at sidewalls with

SECTION 6: MATERIALS DELIVERY PROGRAM & TERMS
Project Confirmation Date will be counted from the latest receiving of any of the documents listed below in
agreeable condition:
o Final Signed Contract: All terms & Condition acceptable to both parties.
o Down payment
o Final change order
o Workable Letter of Credit: Acceptable Letter of credit /final accepted L/C amendment.
Schedule
o Delivery: The Customer is responsible for accurately checking the materials upon delivery and
acknowledging such delivery by duly signing on the “Material Delivery Note” and stating damages
/ shortages, if any.
o When TOAE meets Force Majeure causing a delay in delivery, the delivery time shall be extended
automatically by the period of delay caused by the Force Majeure.
o TOAE shall advise the Customer by Fax, mail or courier particulars of each consignment within
[5] working days after transport of materials.
o Care, storage and protection of the materials at the site are the responsibility of customer or his
contractor.
o Electricity, water and security for erection should be provided by the client.
o Space for accommodation of erection workers shall be the responsibility of customer
o Proper floor compaction for easy movement of crane, trailer & truck shall be the responsibility of
customer.
SECTION 7: ASSUMPTIONS, DEVIATIONS, EXCLUSIONS & OMISSION
o Any scope not specially mentioned is excluded from this contract.

o Civil works are not included in our scope.
o Our Price includes Complete Structural Design of the Steel Building.
o No allowance has been made to design, detail, coordinate, manage or build any architectural
features or art works other than what is shown on TOAE’s offer or TOAE’s offer drawings.
o No allowance has been made to coordinate or manage the design of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical
and Plumbing) services nor have we allowed for the support of M&E equipment unless specifically
mentioned in our offer.
o Our price does not include personal doors and windows not specifically mentioned in the offer.
o All interior partitions are by others unless specifically mentioned in our offer.

General Note:
o Price will be adjusted in per MT according to the final design and BOM which has to be mentioned
in Work Order.
o Weight limit varies within ±5%. The price is based on the primary estimated weight of the
materials. It could change with detail breakdown weight after final design.
o Above Price includes Design, Fabrication, Erection & Transportation cost. No Civil cost is
included
o Price is exclusive of Import Duty, VAT & Taxes.
o Above prices include VAT. TOAE shall deliver all materials through issuing VAT Challan and
submit the same at project site. Hence VAT would not be deductible from our bill.
SECTION 9: PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Schedule of The Contract Shall Be as Follows:
o 50% down payment the date of signing of the contract in form of Pay Order.
o 45% Partial Payment by after Partial materials Delivery supply of 100% of all the building
material (within 7 Days).
o 5% after completion of the building (within 7 Days).
SECTION 10: CHANGES/REVISIONS

Any change/revision to the above stated scope of supply& erection may lead to a variation in the price and the
delivery/completion period. Such change shall not lead to withholding of payment for works completed in the
original contract.
SECTION 11: OFFER VALIDITY

This price proposal is valid for 30 days from the submission date. Any extension of validity by TOAE must be
in writing.
SECTION 12: PRICE & DELIVERY COMMITMENTS
Customer’s compliance with payment terms are an integral part of this contract. In case of delay in receipt of
Original L/C from customer beyond six weeks from the date of signing contract, TOAE reserves the right to
change its price and delivery commitment. Part of the order fabricated by TOAE which cannot be received by
the client within eight weeks from the date of fabrication will be deemed payable upon submission of invoice
to the client.
