Pre-Engineered Slanted Roof Shed Steel Building at Kasna Store, Site-4, Greater Noida.

This note envisages the specifications for Construction of 60 mtr. X 23 mtr. Pre-Engineered
Slanted Roof Shed Steel Building with clear height of 8 mtr. as covered storage facility for
Noida Power Company Limited at Kasna, Site-4. General arrangement drawing is attached
herewith as Annexure-I.

Structural Steel Specification:

a) Primary Steel
All primary steel members shall be solid web build up section in manufactured out of
345 MPa steel plates. All portals shall be supplied in fully finished and ready to use for

 to use for field assembly condition.

b) Cold formed section

These shall be Z/C shaped cold formed section out of 245 Mpa steel stripes conforming to
ASTM 570.

c) Support Bracing
Rod bracing, flange bracing, misc. steel components such as clips etc. shall be out of 34/350
MPa steel conforming to IS : 2062.

d) Structural Hardware
All primary steel connections shall be established using high tensile Gr. 8.8 fasteners. steel
Secondary connections bolt shall be done by Galvanised Gr. 4.6 fasteners.

Important Note:

 PEB Structural works shall be Guaranteed for a minimum period of at least 5 Years
from date of Handover.

 Contractor shall coordinate in obtaining necessary certifications/clearances from

the local governing bodies.
