 DESCRIPTION

Make : TREMIX VDF FLOORING or equi.

Cost to include Smooth polishing finished with machine as per Architect's instructions &
approval , Mock up to be done by Vendor .
Providing, supplying and laying, finishing M20 grade batch mixed controlled concrete for  
Vacuum dewatered  flooring upto average  75 mm Thk. including cleaning, trimming,
watering the surface, laying in strips of approved size to required levels, power trowelling,
smoothening / broom finish as specifed in drawing curing etc., making 15mm x 10mm expansion /
control joints at intervals, sealing the joints with  approved polysulphide sealant, etc., complete to
maintain  required slope, formation, finish. Cost to include working at all levels, necessary pumping
to required levels and locations specified as per drawings, providing serrated  / broom finish for the
ramps ,driveways . including Vaccume Dewatering (VD) operation consisting of providing side
shuttering with MS channels, angles to the required levels, Vibrating the concrete by using screed
vibrator, de-watering using vacuum pumps by suction method and finishing the top surface to
required level and grade using skim floaters/discs/power trowels. Covering the finished concrete
surface with 200 micron thick polythene sheet and cutting grooves of size 6mm X 10mm at control
joints and filling the grooves with approved polysulphide sealant with curing etc., complete at all
levels.

Rate inclusive of cost of all materials, miscellaneous consumables, labours ,transportation

of material to all required locations by approved means , tools, plant and machinery, hire
and fuel charges and all other incidental charges etc., all required as per specifications,
drawings and as directed by EIC. The item rates shall hold good for work at all Levels ,lead,
lifts, Heights, Depths etc. Rate inclusive of Grinding & Polishing upto satisfaction of
Architect /Site in charge .

Mode of Measurement :- Only plan area will be measured for payment.
