be applied with one quote of red oxide at Factory of 35 microns
DFT and two coat of synthetic enamel paint.

1. Clear height of PEB has been considered 25 ft.
2. Steel structure will be pre primer (Red oxide) finished and two quotes of
synthetic enamel paint.
3. Doors, windows and rolling shutters are excluded.
4. Glazing, plumbing, electrical etc. are also excluded.
5. Drawings for client approval will be submitted within 7 days after receipt of valid
work order and advance.
6. Material will be supplied within 6-8 weeks & work will be completed within 8-12 weeks from the
date of the issue of work order

Term & conditions

1. GST @ 18% Extra
2. Transportation as actual Extra.
3. Light, Electricity, Water, Storage for material, Security will be provided by client free
of cost.
4. Cost of Turbo fans and polycarbonate sheet extra if required.
5 This offer is valid only for 7 days.
6 For payment purpose actual covered area will be measured as per IS 1200/ CPWD norms.
7 We provide one year warranty of our products against manufacturing defects or
faulty workmanship.

Payment Terms:-
Supply: 45% advance and balance against Performa invoice.
