PART 2 :

As is well known, one world has been shaken by the emergence of a

coronavirus outbreak that has caused hundreds of thousands of people to
be infected with it. To be cleared, malaysia is among the countries
affected by recording the highest daily cases of Covid-19. Next, even
thought Covid-19 infections in Malaysia are at their peak – the highest
daily average reported since the start of the pandemic, Malaysia has
adminitered at least 29,368,856 doses of Covid-19 vaccines so far which
is the target is to fastest the vaccination process. Based on our further
explanation thereafter, although vaccines are succesfully give us the best
protection of the Covid-19, we totally agree that vaccination do have
many side effects that every people need to go throught after getting the
Covid-19 vaccine. Thereby, this matter should be disseminated to the
community to make proper initial preparations.

Covid-19 vaccination overview .

The first vaccine was introduced by WHO on 31st Dec 2020 and they
validated the making of now called mRNA vaccine from
Pfzier/BioNtech. Furthermore, the number of vaccination doses
administered is updated on a daily basis everyday. At least 13 different
vaccines (across 4 platforms) have been administered.
Upon understanding the standard
set by WHO, we quickly
understood the importance of
having a controlled vaccine to be
able to protect the body more strongly and can give a low impact or
much less likely to get sick if we affected with Covid-19 after fully
vaccinated. These are also called as “ vaccine breakthrough cases “.
However, we also have our own right to know about the vaccinations
taken in more depth to avoid the big misunderstanding that has happened
in the past few months where there are 8 out of 10 percent of Malaysians
who belong to the anti -vaccine group in order to maintain their personal
safety. Because of this, there are many people who do not take kindly
and unaware to the side effects that will be experienced by our ownself
after getting vaccinated.
On the other hand, as we mention some side
effects in part 1 just now, here we would like to
explain more further and details about causes
and side effects after getting Covid-19 vaccine.
For more information, everyone has different side effects depending on
the endurance and strength of their body’s immunity. The vaccine
stimulates our immune system to protect us from the virus. Thus, we
may have some side effects, which are normal signs that our body is
building protection. For an example, is on the arm where we got the shot
such as pain, redness and swelling. Meanwhile there is also side effects
throughout the rest of our body like tiredness, headache, chills and fever.
These side effects may affect our ability to do daily activities, but they
should go away in a few days but some people have no side effects.

In addition, serious side effects that could cause a long-term health

problem are extremely unlikely following any vaccination, including
Covid-19 vaccination. Vaccine monitoring has historically shown that
side effects generally happen within six weeks of receiving a vaccine
dose. For this reason, the FDA required each of the authorized Covid-19
vaccines to be studied for at least two months (eight weeks) after the
final dose. In short,, If you had a severe or immediate allergic
reaction after getting the first dose of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, you
should not get a second dose of either of the mRNA COVID-19
vaccines. Learn about getting a different type of vaccine after an allergic
reaction.

PART 2(B) :

In addition, there are some helpful tips to relieve side effects that we can
give as extra information to you to get be more prepared. Firstly, talk to
your doctor about taking over-the-counter medicine, such as ibuprofen,
acetaminophen, aspirin, or antihistamines, for any pain and discomfort
you may experience after getting vaccinated .Next, you can take these
medications to relieve post-vaccination side effects if you have no other
medical reasons that prevent you from taking these medications
normally. As we should know is not to take any medicines before the
vaccination for the purpose of trying to prevent side effects. Therefore,
do take as much as rest we can take to recovery back our body imunnity.

Furthermore, for reactions at the injection site, such as pain or swelling,

use a clean, cool wet washcloth to create a compress. This might also
help with muscle and joint aches.Besides, to ease soreness or stiffness in
the arm, move it as much as possible. This may seem counterintuitive
and cause a little discomfort, but it helps prevent further stiffness by
loosening up sore muscles.Anyone with chills and a low-grade fever
should make sure to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Wearing
light clothing and dressing in layers will help prevent overheating.

The most important part, if we do the preparation in advance, there are

many good effects that we can get as well as be able to reduce the side
effects we face. In fact, the time it takes for us to heal is not very long.
When someone is vaccinated, they are very likely to be protected against
the targeted disease. Vaccinating not only protects yourself, but also
protects those in the community who are unable to be vaccinated.
Apartfrom this, millions of people around the world have now been
safely vaccinated against COVID-19, bringing us all one step closer to
getting back to doing more of the things we enjoy with the people we
love. For many the COVID-19 vaccines couldn’t come fast enough, but
others understandably have questions about the vaccination process and
what to expect when it comes to their turn.
