Engr. Dubongco,

At the onset, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the
opportunity to be nominated as a farmer representative to the Philippine Coconut
Authority Board. I write this letter with the eagerness that I accept the nomination to
be one of the representatives to the PCA board.
I can confidently say that my experience and track record as a Coconut farmer more
than meets the qualifications needed for the board. I have been serving the community
as a farmer leader for a long time now and have been spearheading the promotion of
the interest and welfare of the coconut farmers in the province as the vice president of
the Northern Samar Coconut Industry Council.
If I will be allowed to be a humble member of the said board, I can ensure you that I will
catalyze to effect inclusive and sustainable development of the Coconut Industry in the
nation which will ultimately improve the lives of my fellow coconut farmers.
Lagi’t lagi para sa kapakanan ng mga mag niniyog at para sa bayan!
