1 Fasten the rocker arm (6) support. Use a bench vise with aluminum jaws.

2 Loosen the counter nuts (5) and remove the n BA05.00-B-1003-01B

adjusting screws (4).

3 Remove from the support (6), the lock rings

(1) and the flat washers (2).

4 Remove the rocker arms (3). The inlet and outlet rocker arms are
interchangeable.
The rocker arms are supplied with the
bushing.

5 Inside diameter of bushing. The bushing is located at the rocker arm. BE05.30-B-1001-04B

6 Rocker arm shaft diameter. BE05.30-B-1002-04B

7 Radial play between bushing and the shaft. BE05.30-B-1003-04B

8 Maximum out-of round and taper of BE05.30-B-1005-04B

assembled bushing.

9 Rocker arms axial play. BE05.30-B-1004-04B

10 Install in reverse order.
