1. Based on your experiences, how can you differentiate “seasoned
teachers” to 21st century teachers” in terms of utilization of technology and
teaching methods? Cite examples.
2. Performance is significantly related with teaching experiences, why do
you think teachers are getting more effective as he/she accumulates
experiences in his/her years in teaching?
3. Describe your teaching experience. How do you feel about teaching?
B. Instructional Skills
1. In a heterogenous type of class where students differ in learning levels,
interests and background, why is it important to align learning activities
with students’ learning styles, interests, level and background?
2. What is the best teaching strategy for a class of 50 students having
multigrade level and children with special needs?
3. What are some strategies that you will employ to develop the 21 st century
skills of your learners?
4. What are your skills that can utilize to be effective and efficient teacher
amidst the COVID-19 pandemic?
5. The COVID – 19 pandemic has changed the landscape of our education
system. In this time of new normal in education that we are implementing
Distance Learning, how can you still make students’ learning effective
meaningful?
D. Classroom Discipline
1. How would you deal with a student who is not submitting or complying the
requirements in your subject?
2. Why is classroom discipline important in successful transfer of learning?

1. Why is planning important for teachers?
2. In the line of DEPED to provide quality education for all, give possible
ways on how to deliver an effective and efficient teaching amidst this
pandemic.

4. Since it is pandemic, stressful and very challenging for us, give me one
proof what you will do if you get hired as a competent teacher?
G. Relationship with administration, staff and students
1. What is your stand about teachers having an affair with their students? If
disagree, are you willing to tell to the proper authority for his / her license
to be revoked and to be imprisoned?
2. Are parents part of the teaching and learning process? Why do you think
so?
3. Harmonious relationship with administrators, staff, parents and students
should develop, as a teacher what professional and personal attributes do
you think you have in order to establish and maintain such relationship
with them.
4. What if a parent of your student is complaining about the grade of his son,
what will you do to handle his complain?
