CI/TY, SFAWeb, and OneSource Authorized Actualizer Role Business Rules

A CI/TY, SFAWeb, or OneSource Actualizer is responsible to confirm, update or enter actual revenue and roomnights accurately within CI/TY,
SFAWeb, or OneSource daily (or at least 2-3 times a week) and prior to Month End. The granted access permits editing room night and revenue
fields that impact reporting and productivity. This is a critical role that supports financial reporting, goal setting, and total account

**IMPORTANT** 5 days (120 hours) after the Quote Status changes to Actual, actual information is no longer available for editing.

Actualizer Staffing Requirements


1. CI/TY or SFAWeb properties: Each property/office location that has all Sales and Event staff on CI/TY or SFAWeb must have two (2) Actualizers.
2. OneSource properties: Properties with two (2) or more associates with OneSource must have at least two (2) Actualizers.
3. Up to ten (10) Actualizers will be allowed per property.

Franchise partners may use these staffing guidelines at the discretion of their franchise company.

Actualizer Authorized Job Roles


For Marriott-Managed properties, an Actualizer may be a member of the property/office team and not have Sales goals.
Franchise partners may use these job role guidelines at the discretion of their franchise company when identifying and approving an Actualizer.

If your property/office does not have authorized job roles and you participate in a Group Sales Office, the Sales Office Director or
Coordinator/Admin can be granted actualization access.

Additional Policies
1. Actualizers must complete the Managing Actuals course in Digital Learning Platform (DLP) and pass the assessment. Start the Course by
accessing one of the following links (based on your application):
o Managing Actuals (CI/TY) o Managing Actuals (OneSource) o Managing Actuals (SFAWeb)

2. Actualizers must complete and submit the CI/SFAWeb/OneSource Actualizer Access Contract and list each required property/office. To
locate the form in IDentity Center – search keyword: Actualizer. The designated approver must approve the form.

NOTES:
• If your property has not yet been implemented with CI/TY, SFAWeb, or OneSource, do not submit the form until the day prior to Go Live.

• You must already have access to CI/SFAWeb/OneSource to be granted this additional access. If you do not have access and your property is
already implemented with the application, please request access first. Refer to the article: (KB0018368) (Application Access FAQs).

• If an associate who is the Actualizer for your property/office is moving to another position, received a promotion, or is leaving the company,
their access will be removed.

• If an associate moves to another property and will be the Actualizer at the new location, the IDentity Center form must be submitted for the
new property and the approver at the associate’s new property/office must approve the form.

• If the IDentity Center form is approved, the associate will be granted Actualizer access in CI, SFAWeb, or OneSource for the property. The
contract will be rejected if any requirements above are not met.
