    Request For Demolition Of Brgy. Road of Dos Hermanas For Installation Of RCP Culvert

    Dear Engr. Arimas,

    Greetings!

    In connection with our CASA RUFINA project located at Brgy. Dos Hermanas, Talisay City,
    Negros Occidental, this is to formally ask assistance from your good office regarding our
    intent to install a reinforced concrete pipe culvert crossing the Barangay road fronting Casa
    Rufina and connect to the existing drainage on the other side of the road.

    We assure you that the construction and methodology to be implemented will be according
    to your standards.

    In this regard, kindly advise us the necessary requirements or procedure to warrant your
    kind concurrence and approval of this request. Please see attached key plan and design for
    your convenient reference.
