2- Letter Level (can read 4 out of 5 letters) 3- Words Level (can read 4 out of 5 common words) 4- Paragraph Level (can read a paragraph of 4 simple sentences with no more than 3 mistakes) 5- Short Story Level (can read a short story with no more than 3 mistakes) 6- Story Comprehension Level + 2 Comprehension Questions (can read a story with 2 out of 3 questions answered correctly) 7- Local Material Level + 2 Comprehension Questions (can read material with 2 out of 3 questions answered correctly)
