 About AFBP is an opportunity for MBA graduates to accelerate their
career at Amazon by gaining exposure to the breadth of
businesses Amazon has to offer and the depth of business

the AFBP knowledge to build a long-term career at Amazon. AFBP

participants begin their journey with 8 week ‘Incubator’ to gain
broader exposure across various Amazon lines of businesses
and acquaint themselves with Amazon’s peculiar ‘Day 1’ culture.
Thereafter, AFBP participants will join their respective business
swim lanes offered to them during the campus hiring process,
allowing for in-depth functional and domain experience for 30
months. During this period, incumbents receive mentoring and
networking opportunities with senior leaders at Amazon. AFBP
participants gain holistic exposure across various domains
through the line of business specific rotation framework. The
defined career trajectory allows participants to grow and
graduate before the culmination of the program. Through these
crucible experience they will be poised to emerge as future
leaders to occupy key leadership roles at Amazon
