ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON EARLY REGISTRATION

With the aim of achieving universal participation and completion of the cycle as
declared by the Department of Education, the early registration for school year 2020-2021
commenced on February 1 to March 6,2020 in the public elementary and secondary
schools.

San Francisco National High School conducted and joined the said activity through
the concerted efforts of its Faculty and Staff, spearheaded by the School Principal IV, Mr.
Noelito E. Noe, with the participation of the PTA officers, parents, and baranggay officials
with utmost willingness to take part in the exceptional advocacy campaign to reach out to
all the incoming grade seven and grade eleven students. This is to ensure their enrollment
for the school year 2020-2021.

Before the day of the early registration, necessary preparations were made.
Announcements were posted, informative tarpaulins were affixed on walls, and a mobile
campaign was done around the whole and nearby baranggays. These all-important
announcements were also posted on social media platforms so that the parents in the
community will be informed. On the day of registration, a number of parents and their
children responded for listing. Since the massive campaign was successfully carried out, as
far as enrolment is concerned, there was an observable increase in the number of enrolled
students based on the school enrolment status for the school year 2020-2021.

Teacher-advisers from grades seven and eleven took charge of recording and
tabulating data in coordination with Early Registration Coordinators Mrs. Gemma A. Peralta
and Ms. Divine P. Villaflor for Junior High School and Senior High School, respectively.
