Acute Triangle - An acute triangle is a triangle with three acute angles

2.Obtuse Triangle  A triangle that has an angle greater than 90°

3.Right Triangle A right triangle or right-angled triangle is a triangle in which one angle is a right angle.

4.Equiangular Triangle An equiangular triangle is a triangle where all three interior angles are equal in
measure.

5.Equilateral Triangle In geometry, an equilateral triangle is a triangle in which all three sides have the
same length.

6.Isosceles Triangle In geometry, an isosceles triangle is a triangle that has two sides of equal length

7.Scalene Triangle A scalene triangle is a triangle in which all three sides have different lengths.

1.Triangle Sum Theorem In geometry, the interior angles of a triangle are the angles that are formed
inside a triangle

2.Exterior Angle Theorem The exterior angle theorem states that the measure of each exterior angle of a
triangle is equal to the sum of the opposite and non-adjacent interior angles.

3.Third Angles Theorem The Third Angle Theorem states that if two angles in one triangle are congruent
to two angles in another triangle, then the third pair of angles must also congruent.

4.Isosceles Triangle Theorem (Base Angles Theorem If two sides of a triangle are congruent , then the
angles opposite to these sides are congruent.

5.Converse to the Isosceles Triangle Theorem (Converse to the Base Angles Theorem) If two angles of a
triangle are congruent , then the sides opposite to these angles are congruent.

6.Side-Side-Side (SSS) Congruence Postulate Side Side Side postulate states that if three sides of one
triangle are congruent to three sides of another triangle, then these two triangles are congruent.

7.Side-Angle-Side (SAS) Congruence Postulate The Side Angle Side postulate (often abbreviated as SAS)
states that if two sides and the included angle of one triangle are congruent to two sides and the
included angle of another triangle, then these two triangles are congruent.

8.Angle-Side-Angle (ASA) Congruence Postulate The Angle-Side-Angle Postulate (ASA) states that if two
angles and the included side of one triangle are congruent to two angles and the included side of
another triangle, then the two triangles are congruent

9.Angle-Angle-Side (AAS) Congruence Postulate The Angle Angle Side postulate (often abbreviated as
AAS) states that if two angles and the non-included side one triangle are congruent to two angles and
the non-included side of another triangle, then these two triangles are congruent.
10.Hypotenuse-Leg (HL) Congruence Postulate This theorem states that 'if the hypotenuse and one leg
of a right triangle are congruent to the hypotenuse and one leg of another right triangle, then the
triangles are congruent.
