Notification
The Governor Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion committee is pleased to
promote Sh. Hem Chand, Dy. Director of Horticulture, Kinnaur, H.P.to the post of Joint Director of Horticulture on regular basis in
the pay scale of Rs 15600-39100+Rs 8400 Grade Pay.

The Governor, H.P. is further pleased to order the posting of above officer against the post of JDH as under:-

Remarks: The officer will hold the duties & responsibilities of JDH-II as per the job profile. He will also look after the
work of PIU, HPHDP World Bank.
The officer will exercise an option for fixation of his pay under provision of F.R.-22 within a period of one month from
the date of issue to this order.
However, this promotion will be subject to the final outcome of the Transferred Application No. 4245/15 in CWP No.
3825/14-Dhian Singh Rana & ors. Vs State.
The above officer is directed to report for duty at new place of posting accordingly and report compliance of the Govt .
orders to
this department within 15 days positively.
