Requirement:

Owners of a private company are creating a private wealth office to overlook their
personal wealth and plan its growth.

We are seeking a financial analyst that can assist a private wealth office in analyzing
equities and help decide on equity and other investments. among others. The
succusfulsuccessful candidateperson sought after should have exposure to the
investment in innovation and disruptive technologies among his or her skillsets.
TheyHe will also be required to assist in assessing current investment returns, help in
planning investment and lead on their execution with private banks.
He or she should have exposure and knowledge in different financial instruments
which include fFixed income products, structured products, equities. ,etc

Principal Responsibilities:

 Primary responsibility in to provide strategic advice and guaidance across a

variety of financial products and services (debt management, cash
management, insurance coverage, investments)
 Assessment of the overall financial picture, understand the needsrequirements
and develop a solid strong financial plan
 Generate leads and grab evaluate opportunities across a variety ofon markets
through. Executing trading trades of mutual funds, stocks, bonds etc to meet
client expectations
 Keep abreast of new industry’s technology trends and research market to back
up investing in innovation.
 Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure
profits are optimised
 Analyzing financial data received from current investments to develop strategies
for meeting financial goals.
 Preparing and/or interpreting financial document summaries, investment
performance reports and the like .
 Performing research and analysis as required on equities.
Skills/Knowledge Essential Desirable

Professional and  BS degree in Finance or related Commercial

Technical Qualifications field legal
experience or
qualifications.
 5 years’
Experience and  Background in a range of experience in
Knowledge investment products with proven senior
track record as an investment financial/equityi
advisor/anylstanalyst es analyst role.
 First-hand understanding of us  Current
equities and investment into certificate of
innovation qualifications
(FCA, CII,
 Proven working experience as a DipFA, CISI or
Financial Adviser, Controller, other).
Planner, Specialist or relevant
experience
 Excellent judgement and creative
problem-solving skills.
 Excellent computer knowledge
and ability to operate database
systems
