Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end understanding of existing customer
journeys of lending products and automating them to the highest extent possible.

Understanding the current Product platforms & internal processes across lending products and
digitalizing wherever applicable across functions.
Implementing cross-sell journeys & BC / partner integration of various loan products along

with launch of new & innovative digital solutions with strong capability to scale up of business .

Creation of digital journeys for customers for various lending products by using digital channels
viz Internet / Mobile banking.
Innovation, competition mapping and building the digital product journeys accordingly,
5 integrating with payment gateways and ensuring that the integrations go live would also form
part of the role.
To ensure requirements are gathered from relevant stakeholders, BRD is prepared & raised to
6 the COE (Tech team)/ IT SPOC, ensuring UAT is completed on time and the features/ offerings
go live for the customer/ partner.

Active involvement in UAT testing to check performance of the digitized process and go live
after taking necessary approvals from the stakeholders.

To establish liaisons with sales, product, Risk and operations team to study the processes and
accordingly identify and plug the gaps.
Ensure that SOP / PAC is written/ updated, as applicable & it is approved by concern

committee of the bank.
Should have understanding on any of the various lending products viz Home loan, Loan against
10 Property, Personal loan, Two/Four wheeler loan, Agri loans, Tractor financing, Micro Finance
(MFI), Credit Card & Gold Loans
11 To manage query resolution for external as well as internal stakeholders

Prepare Presentations, by presenting data in charts, graphs, tables, designing and developing
relational databases on the project update and present to the senior management.

Keep up to date with knowledge on the Banking Industry and various initiatives on the digital
space.
14 Innovate and generate new ideas for improving lending product and process efficiency

Sourcing information, influencing colleagues where necessary; information collation &
presentation with conclusions & recommendations
16 Working with various Units to follow-up deliverables & actions
B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Postgraduate preferably MBA or Graduate with finance stream from a known and
reputed institute
Preferred Project Management Certification would an added advantage.
Experience
Essential Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions with preferable
experience of min 3 years in retail lending or digital lending space.

Ability to structure, plan and execute projects covering various lending products /
