DIGITAL POSTER MAKING

• Entries in this contest will serve as a promotional material for mental health awareness. The poster must be
made digitally and must focus on the theme of our event.
(Note: Any digital art application may be used in this event whether made through mobile phone or
computer)

• Each section must have one (1) entry for this event.
• One (1) or more students can participate in making the poster as long as it is not made by a professional or
the entry will result to automatic disqualification.
• Along with their entry, the section must also submit at least three (3) photos of them making the poster to
serve as documentations.
• Digital poster must be in jpg or png file format.
• The digital poster and photo documentation must be compiled in a google drive folder. After proper
compilation, please email the entry in lnu.shs.ssc@gmail.com. Note that only one (1) entry must be sent to
the email.
(Folder name format: GRADE 11 – STEM 1 DIGITAL POSTER)

2. MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY

• Entries in this contest will serve as promotional material for mental health awareness. The advocacy must
be in a form of a video and must focus on the theme of our event.
(Note: Any video editing application may be used in this event whether made through mobile phone or
computer)

• Each section must submit one (1) entry for this event.
• The video must have a duration of at least one (1) minute and must not exceed three (3) minutes.
• Any number of students can participate in making the video advocacy. Any help of professional/s in
making the video will result to automatic disqualification.
• To avoid students going out in public places, they can use montage clips from the internet as long all the
clips will not exceed a total of fifteen (15) seconds.
• Along with their entry, the section must also submit at least three (3) photo documentations of them making
the video.
• Video advocacy must be in mp4 file format.
• The video and photo documentation must be compiled in a google drive folder. After proper compilation,
please email the entry in lnu.shs.ssc@gmail.com. Note that only one (1) entry must be sent to the email.
