Research indicates the importance of self-exploration through a variety of different modalities
including writing, art (painting, sculpting, drawing, photography), music, dance and movement.

Which modality do you use and how do you use it? Why do you use this particular modality? If
you do not currently use one, which one are you drawn to and why?
● Spotify Rain audio
○ Like a white noise, I like to use it when I am studying for a test or when going to
bed as it clears the mind.

Please list current forms of therapy you may use or research and add new therapies that you
will try.

● Meditation
○ Calming, improves breathing control.
● Art Therapy
○ I love art, it’s a great hobby I had for a while. Great for self expression and
building confidence.
