Research indicates the importance of self-exploration through a variety of different modalities
including writing, art (painting, sculpting, drawing, photography), music, dance and movement.
Which modality do you use and how do you use it? Why do you use this particular modality? If
you do not currently use one, which one are you drawn to and why?

bed as it clears the mind.
