Philosophy in Education

Things will work out not how I plan but what it meant to be.

Life is a complexion of everything. We start with nothing. We are not born and in just one

glimpse we can do anything. All things undergo the process. Like us, as a human we are undergo

the staged until we are getting adult. All of us has a dream and want to live in our dream in the future.

We start to go to school, from pre-school to college. We pursue for our success. Sometimes we face

a lot of things before living in our dream, but even we want everything. Sometimes other thing

happen. We can experience the unexpected. Life is not always smooth and go with us all the way.

Sometimes we are living in the rocky face of life. But then no one can help us to surpass everything

but only ourselves. Maybe we have friends and family but they can’t control you they are just a guide

in your life .They can be our human diary.

We don’t have power to control everything. Something happen without expecting. We are

appointed by God. He has a plan before our plan, before we born everything are planned already. But

then we should work for the things to happen. We should exert effort for all the things that we want.

Our success depends on us. I believe that before my mom gave me birth I have the purpose. Being a

teacher is not my dream but it’s meant to be. When I was starting my college level. I don’t know the

course that I’m going to take. All I want is to finish my study and help my family. My college life was
not so easy. I’ve face a lot of things. Many struggle that mold me as a human. Every problem/

struggle is a learning. When I was college my brother helps me in my studying, he support my

financial needs, but then I want also to help my parents. I work as I study. I’ve been a waiter in a

catering, applied as a tutor in a tutorial center. It’s too hard to be a working student instead of making

assignment and making making my assignment in vacant time I spend it working to spend extra

money. It’s my part time to have extra money especially when I have project. I pursue my study even

we are not rich. I’ve finished my study and became a teacher. It’s payback time to all the people

behind my success. All the sleepless nights and hardship are paid off. At first I can’t me myself as a

teacher because I don’t like to deal with student and also to work with many paper work, but then as

time goes by. I’ve realized many things. When I was in my practice teaching I appreciate teaching. I

started to love teaching .Specially when my students appreciate me as a teacher. I am born to be a

teacher. After I finish my college I thought life is already easy because im a degree holder. After my

graduation I’m looking for a work to help my family. I’ve pass my resume to many school but no

accept me. And I focus first in my review because I think if im a LET passer then looking for work is

more easy. Then after the result of the exam out. Im so glad that im in the list of passer. The I start

again to haunt for a job. And luckily I’m hired in the known University and in my first teaching

experience is so challenging because I handling college student in Lyceum International University.

Some of my student is same with my age. It’s a big challenge for me. I’m a substitute teacher there

for one semester. Then after my term ended I apply in other school. Where I want to experience to

teach in high school. I’m a Senior High school teacher here in GGC. And now I consider teaching as

passion and I really love teaching.I am born to be a teacher to share my knowledge to my student

and be a model of them. Things will work out maybe not how I plan but what it meant to be.
