My reaction paper on the lesson entitled 10 Keys to Career Success it tells here that
“work success doesn’t come by accident ” in this line says that nothing is impossible that success is a
hardworking part of our life that if you can’t not be a hardworking and so that you can’t become
successful if you want become successful then you work for it. But there is a good news there is a 10
keys to career success you can become successful if you follow those keys. Sharpen your People Skills it
says here that be a smart person be attentive person set your goals do it with yourself you can do
everything if you become brave or smarter.

Because there career success are very usable and important for every individual because you my fulfil
your dreams toward the poverty you my become successful even it is hard. Project as professional act
like professional convince other that you are reliable results oriented and an a achiever. Go with the
winners nothing will inspire just yourself inspire yourself to become winner dream big you can rich that
no matter what happen . There for you need to gain more knowledge study hard and before you rich
your dream there are more struggle you can face. So that set your mind just think positive or trust
yourself that you can rich your dream and you need to work for it.

After reaching your goals and your succeed in your career it is the time to spent more time for yourself
find more money to help your family and to raise them into the poverty. So that you can give stable life
to your future wife and for your future family.

BEFORE YOU IMMIGRATE

My reaction paper on the reading entitled Before you Immigrate the first thing we need to do if
we go in a certain country like America we need to getting permission to come because if you don’t get
permission it is possible that you my put in prison because that is illegal before coming in America you
need to obtain all legal document from the U.S. government called visa if you don’t have visa you cant
go in other country. Non-immigrants visa this visa issued at the foreign nationals coming in a short
period of time there are two types of visas for immigrants and non-immigrants. The U.S. citizens make
up the largest number of immigrant visas issued each year so if next year they need to renewed there
visas. The students and business man are the most largest group of non-immigrants some student wont
to study in America because there curriculum are more higher than other country.

Applying for visa all we know that visa is the major instrument that my use in going in other country but
if you wont to go in other country you should have a lot of money to get some visa from the airport you
need to present your passport your self and your ticket to get more visa. Know your lack of rights some
oversees Filipino worker are violated by there boss but there have the rights to fight in there but not to
much because that is illegal to.

My reaction paper on the reading entitled Business Ethics Today most of clients complaining
because there people are carelessness at work absenteeism and fast turnover. But in a past few years
the employees are most hardworking and more trustworthy. But the point is there are different in this
years and the past 20 or 30 years ago. If the employee are not doing well the company suffer massive
business loses, and more so if the fraud occurs at high level. While reading I notice that some business
that investigated was resulted are fraud by the senior management it is million dollar account
misstatement. This fraud are risks from the company associated.

Is assigns the full responsibility for the board of directors collectively and the corporation code it defines
for the overall scope responsibility for the employees, CEO and board of directors of a company as i read
this reading it can be define the loses of the company if the employees and board directors are not
together. And the term business ethics is refers to the standards of right and wrong that guide the
behaviour and the decision making of business organizations in this lesson teach as how to organize
your business and teach the employee how it right and wrong and how to become good employee.

This program I place the company is better able to prevent deter and detect fraud. Its board of directors
can be focus its attention on building term stockholder value.

It reflect it on my daily life because as a student it can guide me to become successful and
hardworking. To become successful I must be set my goals and be positive thinker to rich my dreams. In
setting my goals this 10 keys can help me to think what profession should I enter and how I become
good employee in my future job but before I become successful I should be doing grate on my study and
graduate and become successful someday.

BEFORE YOU IMMIGRATE

It reflect it on me because I have plan to go in Paris but in a short period of time only because I
don’t have a lot of money to stay there it help in how to take my visa and what is my right if I will go
there and I gain more knowledge in reading this lesson on what will I do first if I go in other country. And
also what I do if there is problem in my visa and in my passport.

It reflect it to me because I want to build an business for my family because this business ethics
provide responsibility to me as a future business man it helps me on how to choose my employee i find
some employee where in he/she have care in my business i must be wiser in choosing my employees
and it helps to become good and be organize in my future business.

Work success don’t come in accident, of as a toward for tesnute at as a by produce of seniority if
you want corporate accent you have to work at it.

The good news is, there are guidelines you can follow to advance your stalled career. Here are some of
them:

1. Sharpen your people skills- You may be the smartest fellow in room.
2. Project a professional image - this does not mean that you must shed off your uniqueness or
individuality.
3. Go with the winners- Nothing will inspire you to be higher than being in the comipasty of hard
working.
4. The rest wont to be notified-It is new enough that your are doing a great job people to know
that you are doing great job.
5. Take control-shake off that hand mentality in which you let others discrete you.
6. Acquire life doing education keep your self inarbetates by being open to other skills.
7. Look ourward-some people do not aced the competition to ruin their plans.
8. Trust your instiners - How many times save you secured that something has wrong.
9. Whatch what you say-your choke of words and haow you say them.
10. Find time for life and leisure-Find more time for yourself and don’t wait to become ill health.

Before you depart for America you must obtain on legal document from U.S government called a visa,
there are many categories of visas for immigrants and non-immigrants usually only foreign nationals
approved by the U.S. Government for immigrant visas many came to the united states with the intertion
of saying for an extended period. Exemption. A tourist visa is not necessary if your from one of the visa
waiver program countries listed at http:// www. Travel state . gov / vwpp ,html.

Applying a visa you cannot apply for a visa when you arrive at U.S. part of entry, unless youre from “ visa
Waiver” country you must obtain your visa at a U.S. consulate before you onepart for the United States.

Know your (lack of) rights foreign nationals attempting to come to the United States, either temporary
or permanent have very few rights during the application and screen processes. Even if you suspect that
you will have problems with your visa at the U.S border you cannot have a lawyer present to represent
you when you arrive how are you allowed to call one if problems occur during yours INS interrogation.

In our work as business advisers we get to hear clients problems about their people fast
turnover absenteeism and careless at work. Corporate governance is a system a set of processes of
ensuring that a corporation is governed in a manner consistent with the principles and practices of a
free and moral society.

Corporation codes define the overall scope of the boards role in the corporation the board needs to
define its duties.

These guiding principles may be considered inappropriate for closely held corporations where
traditionally autocratic governance systems have been successful.

Compliance programs generally deal with adherence to laws, regulations policies and procedures and
are generally correction in nature.

Business ethics refers to the standards of rights and wrong that guide the behaviour and the decision
making.

 WHAT DO I HAVE LEARNED IN THIS SUBJECT

I learn on the subject entitled GENERAL AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS is what is the rights of
every individual and what is the role that you must obtain. And also what Is the role of ethics in our
society is very important because it is the basic beliefs and standards that make everything run
smoothly. Ethics are involved in all organizations and institutions around us whether it be political
medical lawful religious or social. And also the good ethics is fundamental requirement of any
profession. It is integral to the success of the business as well. And also I learn that Ethics is a system of
moral principles governing the appropriate conduct of a person or a group. Maintaining good ethics is
being consistent with the principles of correct moral conduct constantly. Professional ethics is providing
the useful function of identifying these moral hazards and providing the appropriate avoiding or work-
around strategies. I learned a lot in this subject that I can be use In my future job and to my future
profession.
