the right of a consumers to
the malpractices of the seller.
Conceptual Model Used
In views of literature
presented, the figure above
shows the different factors
affecting the Academic
Performance of 4Ps student-
recipient. The paradigm of the
study is the schematic
diagram of the research
process. It represents the
input process and the
expected outcomes. The input
is the attendance and
performance of 4Ps student-
recipient. The process
includes the use of
questionnaire and the analysis
of input. The expected
outcomes are the: Plan for
intervention program for 4ps
student regarding their
attendance and Performance
4ps student recipient.
The study used Descriptive
method by getting
information that were
collected without changing
the environment. It attempts
to describe the Candies as
change; Awareness of
Consumers Act of the
Philippines and exact change
policy.

In life sciences, for instance, the research paradigm is the quantitative methodology, whereas in social
sciences, the paradigm is qualitative. So, based on the purpose and need of your study, you need to
apply an appropriate paradigm. Of course, you could also choose to do a mixed-methods study.

Conceptual framework

The major concept of this study is focused on factors in how hydraulic jacks work.

Figure 1. shows the relationships of input variables which contain the respondence awareness
on how hydraulic jack works. While in the process contains the survey, interview, data gathering, tallying
of data analysing and interpreting the data. Andin the output variable contains the levels of
respondence and levels of awareness on how hydraulic jack works.
