Remove/install
Danger! Risk of injury caused by body parts being Ensure that no one is within tilting range of AS60.80-Z-0001-01A

way to end position and secure with safety

1 Tilt cab Installation: Only tilt cab back after leak
test has been conducted.

2 Drain coolant AR20.00-W-1142J
3 Detach coolant line (4) at coolant pump (3) *BA20.10-N-1004-01C
4 Remove coolant thermostat (1) and O-ring (2) Installation: Note the installation position
of coolant thermostat (1). The vent opening
(arrow) must point upwards.
5 Test coolant thermostat (1) Only if coolant thermostat (1) is to be AR20.10-W-2455A
reused.
6 Install in the reverse order
