Evidencia 2: Workshop “Products and services”

consulte el material complementario denominado Integration of products and
services.

Luego de esta consulta, resuelva el siguiente taller sobre comprensión lectora:

1. Find the main idea of paragraphs 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, and 12, and write them in a
paragraph.

Paragraph 1
The evolution of growth and change of model in trade was established, given the
relevance of the consumer as the main actor and of technology as a co-participant and
fundamental tool.

Paragraph 2
It is evident how the markets of services and products converge, where a product
necessarily has an added value which is a service, raising the value and attractiveness
of the same

Paragraph 9
Technology brings with it the need for adaptation, and companies must always keep up
with market demand. Today, digital companies are required and the average is far below
what is required and expected.

Paragraph 10
The lag of a digital adoption is the reflection of stagnant industries in time, therefore the
European Union faced the challenge and is betting on this change with a digital
implementation looking for better services and high quality jobs.

Paragraph 11
A clear example of adaptation and evolution is Tesla, a company that has just emerged,
starting from a technological model, and arriving at the creation of electric cars with
state-of-the-art technology, and robust automation in its production and assembly lines.

Paragraph 12
Testa's products will bring with them a service, where the vehicle will fully comply with
the diverse functions required by the consumer, from a walking office, to an
entertainment center, all pointing to an integrality.

SUMMARY OF THE MAIN IDEAS

The evolution of the growth and change of model in the commerce is established, given
the relevance to the consumer as main actor and to the technology as co-participant and
fundamental tool we appreciate as it is evident that the markets of services and products
converge; where necessarily a product has a value added which is a service, elevating
the value and the attractiveness of the same one. Technology brings with it the need for
adaptation, and companies must always be on par with market demand, today digital
companies are required and the average is far below what is required and expected
today the lag of a digital adoption is the reflection of industries that are stagnant in time,
therefore the European Union faced the challenge and is betting on this change with a
digital implementation looking for better services and high quality jobs, A clear example
of adaptation and evolution is Tesla, a company that has just emerged, starting from a
technological model, and arriving at the creation of electric cars with state-of-the-art
technology, and robust automation in its production and assembly lines. Thus, Testa's
products will bring with them a service, where the vehicle will fully comply with the
diverse functions required by the consumer, from a walking office, to an entertainment
center, all pointing to an integral approach.

2. Write a summary of ten lines from the text.

The need for a close relationship between technology and industry becomes more
evident with the passing of time, where as a principle the digitalization of processes
helps to give added value and implicitly provides services, which in the long run will end
up being the purpose of the product, since the service requires qualified labor and will
last longer in time. The investments in research and technology become a focus, where
the profits for the developed activity must have a percentage of reinvestment in the two
fields already mentioned and the growth of the companies that develop this plan in the
medium terms, and train their personnel to carry it out, will be directly proportional. The
technology will determine the growth and evolution of the economy, therefore its
importance and necessary adaptation should not be ignored, if it is desired to transcend
in the time.
