In my locality, I observed that teachers managed Special education by including

students with special needs in the regular class because it provides opportunity to
socialize with other classmates and to avoid discrimination with the status of the child.
But on the other instance, Students with high significant need give individualized
education to meet his/her unique needs, Identifying students in specific categories of
disability allows teachers to design an educational plan specifically for the student which
will best meet the students educational needs. Labeling the child as “learning disabled”
these students are able to get help in order to remediate their specific problem that
provide be in need of special education and support services. Once a student is
identified, the student can receive an individualized education program ,The teachers
and staff are better equipped to teach the child in a way that ensures learning by
knowing what the specific learning disability is for each student.

So, As Teachers we need to provide reasonable accommodations to the students who

need them, but we would better serve all of our students if we give them the opportunity
to try, even struggle a bit, and figure things out on their own.
